I had a chat going on with a question about my new membership and I was disconnected. I got back on chat and Fran came back online and answered my questions regarding my enrollment in a timely and knowledgeable manner. The customer support she provided was excellent and the chat option made it very easy for me to have my questions answered.
Fab fit fun is something I look forward to receiving every quarter. I own two business's, I live rurally, and shopping is just something I don't have time for. FFF forces me to do some shopping. I've found some great facewashes that have given me clear skin (something I've always struggle with), and I also have nice eyelashes now because of the many serums offered over the years. I often keep my daughters in mind, as well as my sisters and close friends when I'm selecting items. It's a good boost for gift giving.

Had one of my FabFitFun boxes stolen from my apartment and CJ was able to thoroughly walk me through the process and help me with a replacement. I am a social worker and don't make much money so I rarely spend money on things like FFF, and having CJ go out of their way to help me was so kind and really made my evening

I have been using fab fit fun for awhile now, and I am always very happy with the selection and it's like a fun little gift when it comes in! For the first time I had received a box that was missing 2 items, I wasn't sure how they would treat the situation but I submitted a request and got a reply almost instantly where they had set up a box with my missing items to be shipped promptly. The customer service representative I had (Jack) was extremely kind and apologetic while offering any extra help. I was really happy with my interaction and it made me like the company even more than I already did!

Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

This company is unethical and the way their website is set up seems illegal. Does not tell you a total at checkout. I made for certain I clicked one box and the next day I received an email that I was registered for annual and was being charged! When I went into complain they first made it seem like there was nothing they could do even though I was certain I didn't order an annual box. In the end they did cancel but it was ONLY after I stated it was fraud and I didn't authorize the charges. I looked up reviews just now on the better business bureau and saw similar reviews with some fake seeming 5 stars pushing the 1 star ones down —- I have ordered 2 boxes in the past and had no issues but after this I would never go to this site again. Buyer beware.

Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.

My sister bought me a gift card here. Sure, you can customize your box from 20 listed items and the rest of the stuff they put in your box tis CHEAP! You are not able to returns or exchange. Don't but a giftcard from this site for anyone.

Buyer beware! This company has horrible customer service. I never complain about a company publicly but I paid for a year worth of boxes that kept getting returned to the facility because I moved.
They are only seasonal so I did not realize it was still auto drafting. Which I don't care about that part just the fact that I paid money and didn't actually get anything.
They have no remorse or empathy to help. Even though I paid $200 for product I didn't ever receive.
The only thing I was offered was an extra item in this box that's about to come out. Spent an hour on the phone with "customer care" and ended with no help just put a blame on me.

Not only do I receive various full-sized products that are useful and go beyond just hair and makeup, I also receive access to workouts, recipes and a community page filled with other members who are just like me. Well worth the seasonal price and an even better value as an annual Select Member. They have a subscriber forever!
FabFitFun is a gift you give yourself! There are items I would not normally buy myself, yet I love them! As an annual member I get to customize items in my seasonal box. These range from winter blankets to spring picnic sets and sunglasses. There are no sample items. Items are full size such as hair masks, face wash, make-up palettes and so much more. I don't splurge on myself very often, this is one splurge that I love.

They started off good and ended badly. I started to get things that they clearly cannot sell in the stores. I literally just got cough drops and a bottle of water. Wow. Also they sent me the same thing multiples times. This place is a joke now. Switched to ipsy, it's great! Also if u put something in the Cart they will charge your card. Beware of that.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
