Horrible shipping system

Fab really needs to use a different delivery and tracking system for their products. I've had so many issues with this. I order products from Ipsy, Amazon and other companies and have no problems. I don't understand how my order can say delivered when it's not. I have cameras so I know it's not being stolen from my door. What is the most aggravating is you won't replace my order with the things I chose. You want to give me the left over crap that others didn't want. You should have enough product to replace orders correctly. That's extremely poor service.

Disappointed

Girl I spoke with made every effort to resolve issue however following day received email my return was no longer covered (very expensive due to size and weight) I am not happy and will not place future orders

Loving my FFF!

I have been annual member for a few years, this summer with the changes I decided to get a second annual subscription. I'm excited with what's coming. Also, loving that now they are giving anniversary gifts that's thoughtful.

Horrible customer service
May 18, 2020

I have placed several orders from fabfitfun and there's always some problem with items out of stock and trying to get refunded properly is impossible. Credits promised are never applied to orders. I can't tell you how many times I've been told I will receive a follow up email to resolve an issue and it never happens. It seems they have a tactic to put you off until you just give up and don't care anymore.

Excellent customer service!

I received my summer box and was confused about items inside. I tried online chat for assistance because I have a stutter/stammer and typing faster than speaking, but I kept getting disconnected so I called. The customer service representative I got, Jessica, was amazing! She listened patiently…without trying to finish my sentences, which is much appreciated!…and she cleared up my confusion.

I want to skip a time and they were like oh you can skip we're still charging you so go ahead and will just keep your money and then maybe later give you some product or something while the skipping a subscription was an option really meant we just literally giving them my money anyways very disappointed

Best Customer Serivice

FabFitFun has the best customer service of probably any other site/company I have used. The chat box is open 24/7 and never has a long wait time. They are extremely sweet and personable and always fix my issues.

For the first time this year I decided to enroll in annual membership instead of seasonal. Especially since I missed out on the winter box. The spring box was great but I didn't care for the summer choices so I asked if I could skip a box.
The customer service was outstanding. They answered my questions and handled everything. I truly felt like a valued customer which is hard to find in some businesses. Highly recommend FabFitFun. So many fabulous choices and if not they will gladly help you

Refund

After ordering my box, I realized I was less than thrilled with the options, so I decided to cancel. Days later it appeared the cancellation had not gone through. I chatted with Ezra who took care of cancelling and refunding my order. And I got the refund notice that day! Amazing! Yes, I will consider looking at their boxes again.

Awaiting New Box
July 15, 2020

My first experience with FabFitFun involved receiving three damaged products and an otherwise, not very exciting array of products. I contacted customer support and received a message back about 2 business days later. They promised I will receive a new box with replacement products in about a month. I would much rather have either gotten a refund or store credit, but this is better than nothing. I will not be subscribing further than this because of this sour experience, but I am glad to receive a prompt response and some sort of compensation.

Happiness in a box!

I have been an annual member of FabFitFun for a few years. I was originally gifted a gift card and then happily jumped down the rabbit hole! Things have improved with each box and it's a wonderful way to discover new favorites and pick up some great gifts for friends.

So much for beginners luck. I had so many damaged items, delayed delivery, and hours spent trying to get help that I wondered why anyone would continue this. Reading some of the community comments its scary- members talking about spending hundreds buying overpriced junk. I cant get onto the website to see the add on, and the box quality and items are not good. I will not renew.

My Fall Box

My Fall box was wonderful! I feel that's because of excellent communication. I have corresponded with you and you listened! I am a retired 30 year teacher. Older adults have different needs. I love the spice room freshener, I'm giving the black cover up for a gift. The facial mask is wonderful. I can use everything one way or another.

Treat YOrself!

FabFitFun is something to which I subscribed during a time I needed to take some sort action to validate my worth
And
IT WORKED miraculously! I've been a subscriber for almost 2 years, now, without a regret. The seasonal box is an absolute steal, the products are eco- and animal- and earth-friendly, all of the highest quality. Even when something is not quite my taste the items make perfect gifts. When I ended up forgetting to customize my holiday box, it ended up making a very special Christmas for loved ones. And the customer service is superb: timely, efficient, articulate, friendly, and reassuring. Treat your own self, it will probably be the best value per dollar you ever spent on yourself - give it a try!

Worst Gift decision EVER!
December 16, 2020

I bought an annual subscription for a Christmas gift for my sister in-law. Everything I selected and was told was coming in my box didn't come. Instead I got a whole bunch of super cheap crap! Highly disappointed. I was so excited to give this gift but now I'm not proud of it at all! Save your money and create 4 super cute seasonal boxes for $200 yourself!

The customer service is basically nonexistent. They don't assist with anything. I had cancelled my subscription, but then received an email for the Fall box that had two items I really loved and decided to give it another shot. I was then charged 59.99 twice, one for a summer box and one for fall; despite already paying for and receiving a summer box a few months back. I have tried reaching out to customer service with no luck at all. On top of this, they keep charging me for a Nevada sales tax, but I live in Oregon and my card's billing address is in Oregon where we do not have tax.

A must have treat yourself subscription!

I love FabFitFun! I didn't tend to go the extra mile with self care or spend money on myself before FFF. My husband actually made me do this! Lol. I love the option for add on's. I also like that it isn't simply shampoo or face masks. You get amazing things for your home, too. It's exactly what I need to treat myself and reminds me to actually put on moisturizer or use a fancy cheese board, lol. I recommend it to everyone. I got my mom and my best friend into it, too!

Amazing customer service with Cole!

I am truly thankful that I got an Awesome customer Representative! Cole, truly made my day! He's very professional, knowledgeable, detailed and clear in every information he provided. So patient and understanding especially when I called I was furious and he truly knows how to listen and be very respectful. He gave me time to explain my side and listened. He's very compassion and thoughtful of such situations that he carefully explained and efficiently research on what's best to handle the situation. I felt as if he gave me a virtual hug or something to actually calmed me down and carefully took care of everything! Thanks, Cole for being the most Amazing Representative I have encountered! You Rock! Because of you I upgraded to an Annual and so did all my friends I referred!

Disappointing
October 11, 2017

Lets just say its a box full of junk! A cheap ugly jewelry holder, a belt with 1 loop? And a non shampoo that you actually have to shampoo in your hair and it smells terrible.
So disappointing, Ill never order from a Facebook add again.

Scam!

Scam alert! You guys just rob me of $324.07! I had items in my cart I was contemplating buying and you took it upon yourselves at 4 AM to place an order for those items. Then refuse, when I called the very next morning, to give me my money back. You guys are a scam and you should be ashamed of yourselves! I will be letting a lot of other people know about this not just including this post so this doesnt happen to anyone else. Illegal af
