Decided to give it another chance after having shipping problems with a box last fall, and regret it. It has been at least 14 business days since I got an email stating my box has been shipped, however after contacting Canada Post (since no one at FabFitFun is responding to my emails) they said that although they have scanned the arrival of my box they are not sure where it actually is. This means that it will be 1-11 business days before it arrives once they have located it.
Overall very poor customer service and will be advising my credit card to block any attempted purchases from them after reading this thread about them charging after cancellation. Hopefully I actually receive this box, but don't really have much hope.
Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything with this company as although some things in the boxes seem like a good deal, it is not worth the hassle, plus you might not actually receive anything.
Always something new and pretty! Today a package came with a broken item. Super sad, but called them up and got refunded with no issues(just wanted a picture of broken earring) I am glad they have people who answer the phones for help.

They have great customer service on the chat! I've been sent a lot of things I won't use. They ask you questions about what you like, and all I get is similar things from the prior box sent. I can only try so many products on my face most products are too oily for my face! That ask you to sent out starter boxes and when you get someone that wants to join and they do if they don't and do it correctly your out of those credits! I've expressed my concerns on the products I've been sent but no response. I actually gave a 3 star because the only good thing is their customer service thank you again JR!
I ordered a seasonal box over a year ago and loved the products. I decided to do so again as well as upgrade to a yearly subscription because it truly is a great value. However, after making the purchase I had an event that changed my financial obligations unexpectedly. I reached out to fabfitfun to ask for a refund. Contacting them was easy and I received a response quickly. The rep. Was helpful and I felt that she genuinely cared about making me happy. They have a customer in me when I can afford to treat myself again!

I had a glitch from the get-go because of PayPal. FabFitFun customer service was great! Nathan straightened it all out and was very helpful. I'm excited that I'll be receiving my first box soon. What a bonus to find out up front that customer service is excellent,!

I was really interested in a subscription box, didn't know which one was going to work best for me. I read reviews for this one & saw that this subscription offered a lot more than just makeup or workout things... it has a little bit of everything in it! They let you customize your box, give you exclusive coupons, cool sale edits made for members, save lots of money & get to try new brands and products! Even when I get items I don't think I'll end up using, I use them as gifts for people & it really didn't cost me anything. As long as you keep at least two of the items for yourself, that $50 fee pays for it. Worth it!

I have loved all the past boxes that I have rec'd - Spring 2017, Summer 2017, Fall 2017 and Winter 2017. But holy moly Spring 2018 was horrific. Candle smelled horrible, the clutch was hideous. Gave the cheap necklace to my 15 year old (who was less than excited about it as well). Most went to goodwill. Hoping they try to do better in the future or I won't get any more boxes. I wonder if I'm one of the few or many with the feelings on Spring 2018?

Grace & Stella Rose Facial Spray leaked out of the box. Approximately 2/3 of the product is gone. All of the other products are perfectly fine. The only other thing that got wet was the exterior shipping box. (Kinda a bummer because I wanted to make spring coasters out of it. The boxes themselves are very pretty. But not a major issue!) Andy placed an order to replace the product immediately without further prompting or issues. Thank you Andy!

My spring box never arrived, and they never notified me that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock. So I had to look into it myself. This is the first time I have been disappointed with FabFitFun. Not a very happy camper here

I signed up for the most expensive plan- but have had nothing but problems. First of all, the links on the website do not work for tracking a package or seeing what is inside the box. Second, I was never provided with an opportunity to customize anything- when I contacted customer service, they did not address any of the issues with the website, and told me my email address was incorrect- after quite some time she was able to fix it- she first asked me to do so but AGAIN the website would not work correctly. I tried again today, the website is still not working- so... I've spent a bunch of money and time, and in return, I'm getting a box that I didn't get to customize (although promised I could), and I can't see what's inside it or when it's coming. My experience so far has been terrible.

I'm very glad that I was able to talk with a person instead of an automated line. However, my son who is a computer programmer, had to search to find a way for me to call. It isn't easy to find that link. It needs to be on the first page not several clicks or links, away. Thank you very much for resolving this and replacing my lost box.
CS is always helpful, but Fabfitfun as a company needs some help. I have been with them a year but have cancelled due to too many issues. Order items and told later they are not available. Don't ship correct number of items ordered, charged wrong amounts and have to be credited, when time to customize each season boxes the system crashes and items are sold out. Enough is enough.

I had an inquiry about their monthly subscriptions and their customer service team contacted me immediately and answered my questions as quickly as possible. Am looking forward to receiving this winters editors box!
Complete rip off, I didn't even get everything I was supposed to in my box. The box was full of unusable junk. Some body wash that smells awful and doesn't even lather. A bubble mask that retails at Walmart for 1.99. Two crappy hand towels that again are probably $1.99 at Walmart. Not impressed.
I love getting these boxes, it's allowed me to try products I've never really thought to try but after using them they become my favorites. Dr Brandt has now become my go to skin care because of receiving it. I have never had a bad experience with this box as I have with others and I will always be a long time customer for that reason.

I really loved fabfitfun when I first became a member in spring 2021. My first year of boxes were a great value, with wonderful options. Each box in 2022 was a little disappointing and it was just the same options season after season. I kept my subscription because I love being able to shop their deals, but even those are not shipped timely/properly.

This company is such a letdown. I ordered a seasonal box last night. Waited 2 years to be able to do it so I was very excited. This morning I live chatted and asked about upgrading. I told cust. Svc. That I needed to change the billing card first. She IMMEDIATELY charged me the full year PLUS the cost for first box. So $200. I did cancel my membership through her and they did refund the 179.99 for the annual but not the 39.99 for first box. I gave one star because I got the 179 back.

Signed up first time and all customize products were mostly sold out already. Especially the one thing that I signed up to try. Will have to see next time if it's worth doing. Customer service was very nice.
I've been a subscriber to FabFitFun for a few years now and always LOVE the products. Recently, I had an issue with an order but it was immediately resolved once I reached out. I'm impressed at how the company went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Will definitely continue with my annual subscription (plus all the great add-ons available!)

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
