My confession to perhaps the reason my frames broke is that I developed the habit of lifting my frames above my forehead to on top of my head. The reason I did this is because I am farsighted and so my prescription was bifocal or progressive. Therefore, I just felt that I did not need them on all the time. For example I would lift them up to atop my head when I drive. Everything I would do around my house I would wear them. Outside doing yard work - back up on my head. I would also take them off with one hand from one side - which also stresses the frame.So, bottom line - I still love my glasses from EyeBuyDirect because of the style selection but mostly for the value. That's why even though the frames broke after about 6-8 months, I'm still going to get another pair and simply try to have better habits in the care of them.
Loved my new glasses so much I just ordered a second pair. I recommend this site to everyone I know who wears glasses.

I love this website, and have purchased many pairs. That being said I have had almost all of the frames to break. This time I upgraded to a more expensive frame. I think that you should have some type of warranty on the frames, and more choices of colors, and true BOGO coupon.

So I was checking out and trying to use Amazon pay. It would gray out the 4th Payment section and so I called Customer Service. The rep told me that because I was using apple I would not be able to buy them (it was not supported). I told him I don't have another device type and I wouldn't be able to buy it. He didn't provide much help.

The glasses look great online, and for a cheap price! Can't wait to receive them! Although, I tried creating an account by facebook, but it wouldn't do anything; then I tried creating an account through my email address, and still no email confirmation or anything after an hour of waiting. I just bought the glasses anyways, thank goodness they already have coupons on the site instead of waiting for an email, which would take forever! Also, checkout was a little weird, it didn't take my debit card for a while.

I have worn glasses for 35 years and never has it been so easy! Thanks for the best price anywhere on progressives... I might get a few more pair...

The only negative feedback I have is that the filters for material allow you to select plastic and acetate but still include metal frames. I am allergic to most metals, so seeing metal selections mixed in with the plastic is not perfectly accurate filtering.
