My five daughters and I have been using our glasses for at least 8 years or more now and glasses are still in brand new condition while traveling to libraries, college classrooms, coffeeshops vacations, etc
Went on line called 800 number and was walked through the process seamlessly. Was contacted a couple days later that frames would not work with prescription and had to choose different frames. Called support and they suggested a similar frame and it was even cheaper than first. For the price I ordered two and the representative gave me a further discount.
My 3rd purchase with Eyebuy and they are wonderful products and friendly phone staff if needed. My daughter is near sighted in one eye and I need blue light glasses. They always have a wide range of price stuff.

Good glasses! But the materials for less expensive glasses don't hold up as well as they should i feel. This is the second time ive had a pair of glasses snap on me, and i'm assuming it's the plastic not being able to keep up with the wear and tear and cleaning routine i use. I tried to re-order a pair of glasses from an old order. Unfortunately, they were out of the frame color that I'd previously ordered. The same frames were available still, but I needed to just change to one of the colors still available. Unfortunately, the on-line re-order process isn't smart enough to create a nice copy of the order, and just allow easy selection of a frame color that's available. SO, I had to completely create a new order, trying to remember all of the other details that worked well from my previous order. Worked-out fine (I think/hope), but definitely something that could be improved upon.

I buy glasses every few years until they fall apart. Eyebuy has been my go-to for a decade. Literally I bought my first pair in 2015 and I just purchased my latest in 2025. I just wish the Denny was still made in tortoise. The Denny might be greatest bang for your buck glasses ever made. Very affordable. Lightweight. Not too big, not too small. Great with black or brown photochromics. At least they still have the black frames. Check em out. I'm trying Ray-bans this time so I'll see what the high life feels like!

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
