I can always find great deals on beautiful glasses. I like to mix and match and have multiple pairs and eyebuydirect, with their affordable selections, allows me to do that. I've only ever wanted to exchange one pair, and the customer service was easily the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I've been ordering from eyebuydirect for years (here and there). Usually the promo code wouldn't work & I'd have to call to get a refund of the promo amount but this time it worked! I always would come to them because the site is so easy to use and the fashionable frames so the promo code not working never stopped me, but it being fixed now, I have ZERO complaints!
Ordered glasses and the prescription was too large (progressive) for my frame … returned them for a larger frame. EBD was incredible. Walked me thru the process I returned 1st pair and reordered new ones all in one step. Thank you RICHARD!
This will be my third order of prescription glasses, first one is excellent for around the house (medium), the second one I went with small with transition but I think it's too small for my (round) face so my third is a medium with transition.
Not enough room to explain everything but I have filed complaints with both the FTC and BBB regarding a misleading google advertisement, hidden and obscured terms and conditions (white text on white background), and help chat that also misleads, moves goal posts, and talks in circles wasting your time. It's almost as if they count on people being drawn in with good deals being advertised, getting to checkout, it not working due to their intentionally hard to find and obscured terms and conditions but they've spent so much time picking their glasses they just go ahead and buy them at full price. Huh. Crazy. Of course this is speculation on my part I can't prove their intent obviously. Anyways, this is not ok, and I'd advise everyone to shop elsewhere.
I like how easy it is to get my glasses. My only issue is that it sometimes takes 2+ weeks to get them, which can be difficult when you're in a pinch. Otherwise, I recommend this service for others with medium to light eyesight issues.

I purchased the wrong size glasses by mistake and talked to the Chat agent on the website. After a short conversation, they had already refunded my card the difference of the new pair and started my order. They sent me a shipping label that I put right back on the box and sent the first pair back. About 4 days later I had my replacement pair in hand. No hassle, no stress, just a nice- easy process. My entire family wears glasses. We have all order several pairs of the last couple of years. People try and get us to use other companies but you all are the best. Costumer service is always so helpful. It's so nice to have the option of designer brand but we love getting several pairs to have options at a lower cost.

My glasses looked, fit and the prescription accurate exactly as described, and delivered in about 2 weeks. At 1/3 the cost of similar glasses I purchased at a local optical store. This was my FOURTH pair.I continue to be amazed and happy.
Glasses were returned after photocromatic lenses not getting darker when exposed to sunlight. The glasses with the correct lenses are taking a lot longer than expected to be shipped back, almost to the point that I want to cancel the order all together. No communication at all from customer service.
I've paid hundreds more for glasses. My Eyebuy Direct "spare pair" are the best I've ever owned. I've never liked my progressive lenses before this pair. I can actually see near, intermediate, and far. And the frames are sturdy and comfortable. I will not hesitate to make Eyebuy Direct my new go to for glasses and sunglasses.
I have utilized EBD for years. The cost of frames has gone up and I could not find a lower gradient for my bifocals. I have the gradient on my other glasses that are bifocals. I don't like total dark for outside. The lens coupon helped.

Hi: The glasses were for my son. First, he tried them on using the Try On app, and they arrived too small. The glasses were returned without a problem. But then I chose other ones, and they sent me messages saying they didn't have any. Then, they said the lenses didn't fit, and then they said the color of the frames didn't fit either. In the end, I had to ask for the money back and buy the glasses elsewhere.

I've worn glasses for over 3 decades and for the first time ever, I purchased rimless frames. They were an awesome choice especially for people like me with a low nose bridge and a strong prescription (mine includes progressives). The rimless frame is super lightweight, attractive, and they stay in place. As far as style is concerned, the frames are so low profile that you don't need to accessorize around them. I wouldn't say they blend into your face so that they are not noticeable but they complement in such a subtle way that you don't have to worry whether you made the right choice with selecting a style of frame. It is almost like you can't really go wrong.
I purchased a pair of rimless glasses (Primo) for the first time after decades of wearing glasses and I love them! They are super light weight, non-slip -- excellent for low bridges, good looking/sleek, and my "go to" style going forward!
The discounts have too many terms and conditions. I ended up only getting 1 pair of sunglasses instead of another pair to take advantage of the BOGO because it excluded half the site since most styles were 20% off. Just annoying. Also, the BOGO is misleading, you arent buying 1, getting 1 free, because you are still paying for the lenses, prescription, etc. Just poor advertising all around.
I enjoy the affordable, excellent quality I receive from EBD. I use bifocals at work and tend to eventually destroy them in the normal flow of my labors. Having a low cost replacement option is wonderful.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
