I recently bought two pairs online and the prescription is completely wrong.

I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong.
There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.

I the glasses came without any paperwork and I do not have the order number that was originally used on both pairs. I bought them within this past month or so.
(This is after returning a pair that I sent back for the same problem(. Please call me or email me so I can figure out how to correct this error.
