I payed for the phone http://www.everbuying.com/product*******.html.
I have wait 30 days but receive nothing. After contact their Support Center dozens of time I received the order (it was 45 days after my order) but the item that I received is no the one I wanted. (the language is not I ordered for).
The customer support was an extremely bad experience.

I ordered this it emhttp://user.everbuying.com/m-users-a-order_detail-order_id-*******.htm and also bought shipping insurance when i didn't get my product and contacted them they told me that shipping insurance was for only china to the U. S I never received my item or got refunded! THEY ARE A SCAM! Don't lose your money like a did!

In black and payed expedited shipping on them to have them get here fast for a friends birthday and I email them asking where is my tracking id and they say the item is sold out. I'm like oh my god why would it let me place an order for them if they were sold out at least put up a notice, but no they let me order them anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a cheap phone but I thought it would work for a back up. Ha... didn't even stay on for more then a few minutes before loosing power. After serveral batteries and lots of back and forth communication with everbuying. Bottom line. I would have to send the phone back (my cost for postage 22.50 to China), then they would test the phone and send it back if they thought it work ok. ETA on return of phone by Everbuying. 2-3 months. Best action, eat the cost of the phone and warn all other DO NOT BUY FROM EVERBUYING. Don't be dumb like me!

I recently ordered a smart phone from website for cheap price and the phone only lasted a day before I had problems with it. Right after downloading apps a pop up kept showing that the memory was full even with a sd card holding all apps. Then a day after that the phone reset back to a Spanish language and deleted all my apps and now the touch screen won't even work. I had a sent message to customer service and about exchanging or refunding for defective product but i am still waiting for response if anything ill let everyone know how it goes from there.

I had the phone for three weeks, I felt I like I make a wise choice. 150usd for a large phone and beautiful touch phone. Display is crisp with vivid colors and great response, very easy to see in bright light. System works fast, stable and strong, the phone is very well built. Camera is 8MP back camera. I can use my SIM card in the phone and I have no issue on this point when I talk on the phone.

After searching around on the websites and also consulting my friends back in China about buying from Taobao.com, I came up with the conclusion of finding alternative ways to buy from Taobao.com. Which is finding a website that can buy the products for me and also can save me some bucks on shippings. Speaking of shipping, the info I got straight from calling Chinese post office who also providing fast shipping overseas, the price came up with ¥240 for the first 500 grams, and then every additional 500 grams add 70 RMB ( Chinese currency), so if you have 2 KG products to buy, the price is going to be 240+70*3, for your references, $1 is about 6 RMB. If you buy sweaters or heavy winter coats, it's going to cost you a fortune to get them. Besides, you better have friends in China who knows exactly what you want and can also do quality control for you, and that would be the only condition that you would buy products from china without worried about getting craps.

With my money issues, I found Everybuying.com. I am a Chinese, I believed staffs from everybuying.com are also Chinese, so they won't rape me off. I was wrong! The clothing I bought was cheap quality, took about 3 weeks to get here in my hands in America, and they claimed some of my clothing were out of stock, but when I added them in the cart way back when I purchased them, it seems the website had them for sure, and that's how I was able to process payment. I never receive those cloth that were out of stock, which is about 50% of my total purchase. And yes, they raped my money without even blink their eyes!

Please, please, please, buyers, stay away from this evil website. I am Chinese, I am ashamed of my Chinese people doing this horrible business online, just so they can rub your money. I will never ever buying from them again. No more!

Also, every time when you send message to the sales representative, right after you submitted your message, it says "Thank you for your review". I think maybe that's how they got those awesome 5 star reviews, they just simply got through their review system, and pull them out, add whatever crap they want to say and post it. This is the only way I can think of how they can get so many good reviews. So, if you didn't receive your products and didn't send them messages to check, you might never receive your products, if you did send them message, you potentially leave them a 5 star reviews. My suggestion is: this web is completely a fraud, do not buying from them!

Buy a Tablet PC

Buy a Tablet PC. I received it last Monday and I have been use it for a week. I love this machine. It is easy to use, run fast especially Google play works much faster than on my other tablet. And it also has a camera which is 8MP. It even has a HDMI. I love it.

I have ordered a phone on august 28 2013 and it has yet to be delivered. The tracking site shows me no delivery date or no information whatsoever about my package and its shipping locations. The phone I got from the website is very friendly telephone, easy to use, handy, beautiful and has a big screen. The camera is good, the photos are very clear, the voice sounds good, you can like the music in a good condition. This place is the worst place to buy a phone I bought a phone from them on the 24th of august then I paid extra money to get it faster then after few days almost up to 6 days I still didn't get their shipping is terrible. Cause I sent them a message when Am I getting my order and they said they need to send it again cause they were out of stock now I have to wait 10 days for them to ship it I would recommend for every one to go to amazon.com and buy your phone there if you want it to come to you with no mistakes. And don't think about calling them cause they never pick up as many time you call them. So WATCH OUT!

I purchased an Android tablet on everbuying.com. To be honest, I don't even think they shipped my product. They gave me two incorrect tracking numbers and when I asked them for a new one, they didn't give it to me. I called DHL and they said the shipment was never picked up by Everbuying. When I told them about this, they said that they sent it and it will be at my house in few days. At that time, My delivery was meant to arrive yesterday, and Everbuying were stalling, saying I should wait a few more days. I called DHL again, and they said it still wasn't picked up. I emailed them saying that I know it was never shipped, but they ignored my email. I also read a few reviews of this website from previous customers and in most cases, the product never came, it took an extremely long time for it to come e.g. 3 months or it was DOA (Dead On Arrival). That's when I decided to open a dispute in the resolution centre on PayPal. I told Paypal about all the things they tried to do, and when they realized that Paypal could make them refund my money, they finally gave the shipment to DHL. It came in 3 days, just like they said and my tablet works perfectly. I would've gave this review 5 stars if they didn't lie to me about my product being shipped. Everbuying.com is simply a bad company to be in business with and I've chosen not to buy anything else from this website in the future because I don't want to go through what I went through again.

I placed an order on July 27,2013 and have yet to receive the merchandise. There is no record of the order on the tracking site except that the items shipped July 29. I have submitted numerous "tickets" and get the same computer-generated response which provides no information whatsoever. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and get only the same response as before. Even the customer service telephone number gives me no response except to say that they can't answer the phone. This is the worst internet purchase experience I have ever had and will NEVER, EVER go to this site again. I WARN people to stay away from here. I just hope that somehow I will get my money back!

I ordered a smartphone with a SD card a couple of weeks ago. Everything was "in stock" but after a couple of days, the order was still "processing". I asked everbuying why it took so long to ship my package (I also payed extra for "expedited shipping") and they told me one item was out of stock...
Finally, I received an email saying my order was "shipped out" via DHL but it has been 3-4 days the package is stuck in Singapore...
I don't even know if the package will arrive one day...

Got a tablet from the company. It works fine. And you can use it as the phone, you can install your sim card in it to make a call. The screen of the tablet is big and clear, it is 9 inch, it is good to watch movies and play games in it. And the service is very good. Good buy.
