Bought a phone and a jacket on the 3rd of October 2013, selected the items because they were advertised to be dispatched for delivery in 24 hours after payments. 2 days after the purchase they contacted me and told me to provide details for payment as some documents doesn't tally. Documents were sent and payment deducted from my credit card, and now they are telling me they have no stocks for my phone and i have to wait.
After a short correspondence, they do not know when the supplier will be restocking them again and everbuying staffs kept getting me to change my selected phone to another phone.
My point is, if you do not have the stock, let people know in advance, put it on your web, dont advertise it as shipping in 24 hours. Even my jacket is still with them as the moment and not sent out yet.
Customer recovery is probably worst at its best. Nothing was done and instead they assume i was going to change my phone selected and kept asking me for an alternative phone.
After this experience, Everbuying left me with nothing but my disgust about their trustworthiness and their inadequate efficiency in handling their suppliers and customers

Out of five items ordered only two have been delivered, no complaint about quality, but delivery is at best poor. No point in having excellent product, and letting your customer down by poor delivery. I so much wanted to praise and encourage this supplier, but 40% successful delivery is just not commercially good enough. If I managed their postal department, I would sack the whole department, because they are ruining the reputation of the company, as well as reputation of China's industry. Just look at all the other reviews, good 60% are complaining of poor delivery and customer care.

Everbuying is a great website, i have bought many items from there and they come in a timely matter, the prices are great and they have a lot of item to choose from, i would strongly advise shopping here,
Visit the site and found the phone. Very good specification with 2GB RAM and price. I placed the order I took the express delivery service at cost. When the transaction had completed it didn't say anything about express delivery. Contact the support and waited over 24 hours response, and the response was " the item is free delivery".
I replied, but I have to wait another 24 hours for another useless response. Overall, it took 10 working days for the answer " the item is out of stock, you have to choose another or refund". Then I had another response " the phone I originally ordered dosen't have 2GB RAM it's 1GB RAM". I was fuming, anyway I chosen a different phone which surpose to have 2GB RAM, turned out that too was wrongly advertised, this time they offered a free gift as compensation valued at 0.89p
I then asked for the company contact address where I can officially send my complaint letter. So far it's have been 5 weeks I still not able to get the address. They simply passed me onto another manager then another then another. Recently no reply at all in the last 5 days.
I urge anyone to look elswhere to confirm the actuall specification are available before placing the order, don't bother contacting everbuying. They are waste of time.

It is fast delivery. Ordered the 10th of September, it arrived 2 days ago, and it is free shipping.
Phone is easy to use. The case is assembled well. The camera on the back is high resolution of 12 megapixels. The screen is clear and larger. Only the sound is not very good, but it is loud. Overall it is a very good phone for the price, I am very satisfy.

I got a phone which is only 150usd from the site. It is value over than this price. It has a large screen, not grainy, photographs pixel is also very high, very clear. It work fast, good for playing game on it. System operation os simple, not too complicated.
I ordered a few items from this site the amount is $187.04 in expedited shipment so I'll get my order faster but since last Aug 31,2013 up to now nothing arrive. They keep on giving so many tracking numbers and promised that it will come 3-5 days but nothing and when I checked with FedEx myself they said its invalid and they didn't forward anything to FedEx. I'm really so disappointed with this site! Now I want my money back and I hope it wont take 1 month for refund!

I bought an external portable charger for my iphone. I got it in the mail after 3-4 weeks and when I did, the port to charge the charger was set deep within so I couldn't even charge it. At first I submitted an RMA, and all I received for an automated message asking me to pay 4, then 11 extra dollars for another one. Then I tried the live chat, and it's been over two weeks and I'm still struggling to have them send me another one. I cannot send the item back because of shipping rates, and now they're lying to my face and saying the item I bought is sold out when it isn't!
I feel like I've been scammed. Here I thought I was getting a good deal on a portable charger, but all I received them asking me to pay more money. Never buy from this site.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
