This company is a company to buy with confidence, whatever it is that you buy in there's website you can be sure that will be deliver in time, They prices are low in the hundred and hundred of items they sell. This company send me offers every week by email and the prices are hard to believe, no long ago I purchased a shaving machine, the ones that were used many years ago and I paid $7 dollars for it, than I purchased 100 shaving blades in other company, so I will be shaving for many years to come and very cheap, We men know that buying those fancy and modern shaving machines that are sold mostly in pharmacies, we are been ripped off, because only one of the four blades is sharped, the rest you can use it one or two times. I had to send out to complaints, after the second complaint suddenly my order said shipped out. Well when I went to check the status through China posting there is no Order under that tracking number. So where is my order? I have bought a lot of items from this site, The shipping is fast, the quality is great and the customer service very good, they unser you immediately and I highly recommend that to shop at everbuying, its the same things with low price.
I ordered 2 phones and a case from this website on 10/4/13 and chose the fast shipping, although when I got my receipt it just said flat rate shipping. It had been 10 days for something that was supposed to take 3-5 and the tag line on the website when viewing the phone says "ships in 24 hours". What a load of bull. I am extremely dissatisfied with this website and the customer service I have received. Everytime I "submit a help ticket" to get my questions answered about my order they support staff never answers my questions! They told me they would give me a tracking number for the past 3 days now when I recieved the email containing the tracking number today, the link lead to no where and I cannot find anywhere to actually track the order at all. If it is going to be this much trouble for something I thought would be easy and fast then I will never be ordering from this site again. They said they had a confusion with the shipping address although it clearly asked where I wanted my package shipped! It is absolutely ridiculous. Hoping it's not a scam and that I can get my money back if my package is not here soon and if anything is wrong with it the supposed shipping insurance better work! I spent a significant amount of money on these cell phones and was needing them by a certain date and there was no record of me choosing the expedited shipping! How awful! I will never buy from this site again unless they do something to make me happy! I would not recommend them to anyone!

I have bought several times on the website. Everything is good, I am satisfy. Although sometimes it need a long time to get me, but it is worth to wait. It's better to buy some stuff here, than in the big name stores, where the price will be much higher.
I ordered a 7 inch android tablet 3 weeks ago I got it for my sisters birthday a week before her birthday, so I got it on sept. 28 I got an email saying it was sent out the first friday oct. 4. First of all it should not take that long to ship out. I got 3-5 day shipping tracking order comes up with nothing and today is oct. 14. These people have a horrible website and I will never use it again.

I placed an order back on September 16. Order number E**************. I waited and was provided with a China Post tracking number. The link for the tracking number shows that no such item was ever shipped. I kept trying day after day. I finally contacted Everbuying via their complaint page. Afterwards I got a message saying that to wait a couple more days because of the national holiday, postal service was slightly delayed. The tracking number still doesn't work, I still haven't gotten a package, and they just keep sending me emails trying to sell more stuff. Horrible experience! I will NEVER shop there again! I'm in the process of getting my money back via PayPal. It's now October 12th and I've received zero product.

Very good site, cheap but excellent products, very good pre sale and after sale communication. The buyer has the option to choose between free shipping and expedite shipping as well as the option to pay via pay pal, which I think is safer for the buyer.
I ordered a tablet for my mother's birthday over two weeks ago due to the fact that Everbuying promised to dispatch it within 24 hours, and I also paid insurance for it (order number E**************). But I got emails of fake dispatch notification because with their track numbers, both china post and singapore post did not receive this item. Why did they need to send my order via singapore post from China to the UK where I am living? I am wondering if it is a scam after reading so many negative reviews about this company. Luckily I paid it via Paypal as it should get refund back to me.

The product is faulty. I don't always receive a phone signal. I cannot answer calls on the telstra network. The touch doesn't work at times. The self test indicated that it failed bit10 to bit 13, what ever that means. It cant be good.
The company as stated on its website, that you the buyer must pay freight costs "If the product is still under warranty, you pay for returning the item to us, and". To send this product back to china is not worth it.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
