My order #E************** was placed on 9/27/13. They gave me a bogus tracking # that does not work. I have not received my item as of 10/21/13. They sent an email after many complaints by me, stating I have to give it another month to find it's way to me. Shipping takes one to two months. Good grief. That's ridiculous. They will not refund my money either. I would never ever buy from this company again. I paid through Pay Pal so I'm registering a complaint today to try to recoup my money.

I have since been refunded the full amount I originally paid - the case was dealt with quickly and professionally - customer care was very polite and understanding. Communication was a little slow but there were clearly no bad intentions and I'm considering re-ordering the phone when it is back in stock as customer care also offered to inform me when the item is back in stock.
All in all, I think they didn't deserve my original 2 star rating and I'm looking forward to further purchases with them.

I placed an order for a phone on the 13th October. The money we reduced from my account on the 16th. Today (18th) my phone still hasn't been shipped. I also sent two queries/tickets but haven't got a reply so far.
Since the blurb under the phone I ordered says "Ships in 24 hours" I'm starting to get a little concerned that my phone isn't going to turn up. I know people who have bought from this site and won't use anything else. But has any one had this sort of problem?

Placed order E************** with this company for 2 phones. I needed to make a change in my order in which I submitted 30 minutes after initial order. They guarantee that they respond to emails within 24 hours, but that's so untrue. It took 3 days for a reply. I am suppose to have expedited shipping, however, I cant seem to even get a phone shipped out at all. This site is a joke! I love to shop online but not with this company.

Everybuying is based in china, after i purchased my items i was scared to death that i would never hear from them. One thing you have to remember is that china is a day ahead of us and also when we are asleep they are awake so you have to get on their at 7 pm to talk to anyone and they will help you with everything you need. Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
