I ordered a phone from this website and the phone was supposed to be shipped in 24 hours and it has been almost 2 weeks now and i still didn't receive my phone yet. It is the international shipping and the shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place the order. If you choose flat rate shipping, then the shipping time normally takes 7-25 days. And for free shipping, it may takes longer which will need 15-45 days. If you do not pay for the tracking number when you place the order then the tracking number cannot be tracked online.

I ordered two items and paid by CC on the 5th of October. The website promised the goods would be with me by the 17th October. When i put in a complaint at the website my file number was closed, they said it had been resolved. I called the company in China, nobody spoke any English. I then called a number i found in California, the lady told me that in fact they did not stock the two items ordered, I guess they went and bought these items somewhere else and finally shipped on the 17th of October. They are now saying that shipping can take up to a month to reach me. I live in the UK, so i am not sure how they are shipping but with a 6-8 week timeframe it looks like a slow boat. Avoid these guys, i am still waiting for my items which i bought as a birthday gift for my daughter.

I have bought a phone on the website about 4 months ago and it broken after 2 months used. I contact the customers service as soon as possible. They check the problem for you and finally offer me an exchange. I returned the phone to them and then they send me a new one which is work very well till now. I am very satisfy with the service.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
