Hello... I ordered two winter coats exactly a week ago today 2/12. My order number EP**************. Just read another complaint and maybe that's why my order says "processing". I paid with my husband credit card and the billing address is his office and not our home. However, I have called numerous times and sent few emails inquiring about my order and no reply of any kind. I am considering to place a dispute of the charge to PayPal tomorrow if I don't get some sort of answer.

I placed an order 1/3/2014 and as of 2/12/2014 the order stated a tracking number that could not be tracked so I started a PayPal recovery on 2/1/2014 to get my money back and they have still not showed me anyway to track or have I gotten the order and PayPal is still giving them until the 16th of feb to respond before getting my money back

I ordered me a phone 02/02/14 and chose basic shipping and it said 7-15 business days. I was okay with it taking that long but I kept track of how long it's been and keep looking into my everbuy account and it keeps saying processing I would have at least thought that by now it would have began shipping especially since it's just a phone and it should already have all its contents in the package already. I've sent two emails questioning was there a way I could speed up the shipping process by changing the shipping plan... No response. Then I complained saying it has been too long with processing and by now it should be shipped and no answer to that either. My question just like my product is still processing. What kind of business is this? I've tried calling but I only got a voicemail. I'm getting mad and really upset. If my product is not shipped out in the next two days I'm going to sue for false advertisement and for running a scam. Too many people have complained about this same website. I need a response NOW!

I bought my product E************** on the 23/01/2014 and the item is still processing. It is a very small light weight item which could be delivered from anywhere in the world to anywhere else in the world very cheaply in less than a 10 days, but it has taken 3 weeks and it hasn't even been processed yet (probably the part that should take the shortest amount of time). Not only have I not received any apology for the slow delivery or an explanation for the time it has taken I have not had a reply to the 2 pre sale customer service messages I have sent them inquiring about the delay which coincidentally is being advertised as a 24 hr guaranteed response service, it has been a week since the first and a few days since the second. Its a complete joke. I always see reviews like this and I dont listen as the price is appealing, but there are always problems with sites like this and the products are more than likely fakes. So if you want sub standard products delivered a month or two after you buy it this is the company for you, if you want a company that offers realistic 5-7 day delivery times, good customer service and genuine products go somewhere else.

I emailed them and was told I should have $30 and another phone will be sent to me, this was over two weeks ago. I have written several messages to find out which phone will be sent and I am at a dead end. I am now in the process of contacting Paypal for a refund. This is ridiculous. I purchased an android phone the GR-T9500 on February 6,2014. Order number EP**************. With Expidited shipping. Item is still "processing". And my money was taken the same day I ordered. Lots of complaints with this company and looks like I am another victim. I read a lot of the reviews and they always explain orders are late because of the Chinese New Year spring festival. Well if we are ordering and paying for fast shipping the order should not state it will be delivered within 3-4 days. When Christmas time is around in the United States companies let the customer know that fast shipping will take longer. This company is not upfront with their customers and only offer a "sorry for the delay" as a response. Hopefully the phone is not broken if or when it eventually arrives like most of the other complaints I have read. Will NOT Everbuy from them again. Their new name should be DONTeverbuy.com

I have ordered quite a lot of stuff from this website, ranging from a cell-phone, laptop coolers & charger, mice, earphones, web-cams, memory-cards; just now I ordered headphones, mouse and a new cooling pad for my laptop.
I would say the company is so-so, don't buy anything expensive, cause there is a big chance that it won't work. For example, the last laptop cooler arrived broken, and a cell-phone I bought didn't work. When I contacted them, they just took a long time to respond, and when they did, they just sent me another phone; the customs in my country wanted another 11 euros for the 25 euro phone I ordered, so I didn't bothered to go get the second one, cause I would ended up paying another 11 euros for what could be another broken phone.
That's just my opinion, I hope they don't treat the others the same way.
I, too, get the 'Processing' status for way too long, I don't know what's up with that.

A staff contacted me on 5/2/14 via email and apologised for the delayed response. The phone was delivered to me a week later. I have been using the phone since then and this is October 2015. Very good phone it has dropped many times and still working well. I have made several other phone purchases from everbuying for family and friends we have never had any cause to complain so far. Everbuying service is great.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
