I have placed 7 orders in the past 2 weeks and so far and only 1 has shipped. I have had no response to my emails or the support tickets I have submitted asking about my orders and their ship dates. I am a dropshipper and would send them a ton of business if they could ship out their products in a decent time frame. So far my experience with everbuying is really good, i bougth a telephone from this website i'm really pleased with the product, the processing was fast, the only downside is that it take a little bit with flat shippment but what can i say i live in europe on the other side of the world, is normal to take some time for my product to arrive. Even that, it was faster that i imagine that it will take on christmas time. I had to get in touch the support service and it only take 24h to get my doubts cleared.

I love this watch, and when I got it for my baby brother I am definite that he did too, it was very easy to use for him as all he had to do was slap it on his write and voila! There you have it. I found it a must for little kids, they'll love the spiderman watch and it's very colourful which is great!
Cons:
The only thing that I have found in the watch I have received that it is very easy to dissemble, especially since little kids fumble around with everything, from time to time I had put his watch back together and in the end have resorted to only giving him it when needed. At least the watch is safe!

Funny thing is, that it arrived one day before christmas even though it was on flat rate shipping (free), so I have to thank everbuying for that!
My experience was great with the company. My very order came within a couple of weeks. Customer Service responded to emails very quickly. Be sure to pay the small fee for the tracking number for your order. I would definitely order more products. I love the prices also. Great A ++++

I read other reviews and found that many; many folks have had similar experiences and lost a great deal of money. Everbuy refused to explain any delays; if they bother to answer at all. I've been buying from this website for awhile now. Since last year. And to be honest I have never had a problem with them. They communicated or whatever an I got my orders. Mainly my orders were clothing and I wanted to switch it up and buy a cellphone because I saw one that resembled the note 3 and I liked it so I ordered it. I did expedited shipping which said ( 3-5) business days. Okay I understand it was Chinese New Year or whatever and you guys were closed. But now that your not and I've been sending help tickets and fricking calling the US office. Which I felt like they were f****** neglecting phone calls because there are ALOT of angry customers that want to know about their orders or want their money back. I am one of them! I will wait until next week to see if I get my package and if I don't I personally am raising hell. I refuse to spend as much as I did to not know ANYTHING about my order!

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
