For all the stupid non intelligent people all there complaining about shipping time.
First: For those dumbest that complain item didn't come in 24h how its written under the product picture; it means it CAN if you pick that option which is expensive.
Second: if you take FREE shipping (sometimes cost few bucks) it means it can go up to 45 days. I mean you are getting your item transported over the half world for FREE have some patience.
Third: Shipping time counts when item is marked as SHIPPED OUT, not when you order it, and lasts till it comes to your country border because of import duty. I ordered phone and i got it after 50 days. Why? 10 days till shipped out, 30 traveling time to my country, 2 days for getting letter that i have package coming to me from china on country border, and 8 days from import duty to verify it check it (put tax on it -.-) and then dispatch it to me.
It is true sometimes sh*t happens and something goes wrong with order but have understanding and don't just mark the site as spam and write bad things for it. Maybe i'm wrong, but i had over 20 orders from them and i got them all (living in croatia).
In conclusion site is great, you have to wait long for and item but i don't give a damn about it as long as i get good stuff for low price. Cheers, sorry for long reading and not perfect english

This is a terrible company, I believe that the reviews that they have on the site itself is fake, I ordered a phone on the 2/5/14 money was taken out of my account, no email or any other correspondence was sent. I called several unsuccessful to reach anyone finally got someone tonight almost 20 days later only to find out that my phone was never shipped, because they couldn't verify my account. They verified it long enough to take it from my account. Horrible! Experience!

Even after reading several rather negative reviews about this website, I decided I'd place a small order and check them out for myself. So I ordered a couple of items and after my purchase arrived, I was so impressed with the quality vs. price, that I immediately placed another order. Although the first order took about 3 weeks (from the day I placed it) to arrive, I did not feel that was unreasonable, especially since the shipping was FREE! Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
