2 months later i havent receive it. I sent mail to the hungary post, the courier company, ant the answear was that they dont have any package with this tracking nunper. I sent many messages to everbying suport center the answear was this:

I see that I am having same issue as much people here. I bought the mobile on 21st and is still processing. I can understand you are bussy, but c'mon, 5 days (and probably more due tomorrow is Friday) to process?. I paid the faster shipping because my mobile don't works (mic is dead, freezes constantly) and I need it as soon as possible or I am losing job offers (I am regrettably unemployed). I sent them back, using the method they told me too because I was told they would receive excessive custom charges which I would have to pay.

After talking with my post office many times about this, no additional fees will be charged to the receiver for a sent item, especially at the value they get you to declare it as.
They way they make you send it guarantees they will never have to offer you any refund as neither you, nor paypal, or the post office will ever know where the items are.
Only this piece of garbage, scamming, junk pushing joke of a website will. And they will send your returned, broken items back out to the next person who orders to start the process again.
I am posting this everywhere. I will NEVER, EVER stop and I will forever track all new domains they set up and post bad reviews until the conduct business professionally.

There was a problem with my cord (after 2 months of use) and it has been over two months since I first reported this problem.
They keep asking me the same questions over and over again. Then they sent me the wrong cord. After informing them of the mistake, they asked for pictures of the cord. I sent them. The first three, they said that they could not see clearly. I sent them three more.
Their next correspondence was to ask me if I would like a replacement or if I could just purchase it at a local shop which I had already told them that the product was not available in any local shop.
Then they ask me to send some pictures of the cord that we had been talking about.
Each time, the same person signed off on the correspondence - which makes it even more frustrating.

Ordered an AW08 Smart watch from this site and on delivery both the charger and manual were missing from the box. On contacting customer service I was asked to photo the package so they could determine if the cable was included or not (not sure how that works when a cable without a plug is very light). After doing that I was informed that a cable would be sent out by flat rate shipping - so another 30 to 45 days to wait for something that should have been included in the first place. When I contacted support again to say I wasn't happy with thus wait as the device isn't usable without the charger they offered to ship by DHL if I pay the shipping costs. I'm sorry but they have to be joking. This is their mistake and they want me to pay to rectify it. I have spend hundreds of dollars on this site over the last few months and this is definitely the last time I will ever buy from them again.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
