Custom size dress too big. Standard size dress ordered using size chart and at least two sizes too big
I am a extreme pear shape where it's hard to find anything that fits. These dresses hit the spot.
The dress itself is beautiful however, it took 10 days longer to arrive than estimated. After calling customer service, I was simply told it would not arrive on time. I was told 20 days was the amount of time the garment would take, even though the delivery date showed it would arrive in 14. When it arrived 25 days from purchase, which was several days after the event I needed the dress for, no apologies or offerings were made by the company. As a first time customer, this does not make for a good first impression
Even though I didn't like the fabric so much for the most recent dress I purchased, I very much liked the cotton dresses I've purchased.
My experience with eShakti was good, but the product just did not match the description and the fabric is really thick cotton and I didn't expect that.

I have an apple shape body so the style of dress I chose fits me well and I feel comfortable in how I look in it, which is no easy task. I have a wedding to attend and had already spent hours in stores trying on countless dresses and skirts with no success so I thought to give EShakti a try. I will continue to buy my dresses at eShakti.
Very frustrating that I did not know that I would need to create an account to purchase. I had to reenter all of my measurements. It also charged my Amazon Pay twice because I did not know if my order has been processed.
EShakti's detailed and friendly instructions on how to take measurements are wonderful. They are absolutely reliable for delivering a perfectly fitting garment.
I ordered a dress and tunic and never received either. Called customer service and they said they would get back within a week. I considered it a lost cause. Reordered the dress, have not received any follow up or the second dress. Will not order from this site again.
