Very easy process from ordering my dress to receiving it.

Customer service options at each step made me feel secure about taking a chance with this online vendor. Everything worked smoothly and the product was just what I expected.

I ordered this dress for my daughter to wear for her graduation. I could immediately tell that is was up to the high standards once I opened the box. I was very excited for my daughter to get home to try it on. Is was just as beautiful when she tried it on. It was a bit snug in the chest area but with eshakti's free remake option we know that when she receives the final product she will still be very happy.

With great delight I shopped the eShatki website and found the perfect dress for our daughter's wedding. I have a waist that's smaller in proportion to my hips, and arms that are too short, so I happily sent in my measurements with my order so that my dress would have a custom fit. I thought it was worth the small charge for that service to have a dress that would fit me out-of-the-box.

Here's where I went wrong with that thought. I am a sewer so I know that one's measurements are only a starting point. Easement inches must be added to one's measurements in order to get the dress on or off. Coco Chanel used to say that if any of her suit skirts had less than 4 inches of easement around the hips, then it wasn't one of her suits!

So, my dress came and I couldn't wait to get it out of the box and step into it. I barely got the dress on and didn't get it zipped all the way to the top. By now claustrophobia was starting to take charge and I knew I was within seconds of screaming -- which would really scare my neighbor.

She came and wrestled me out of the dress before the edge of the boat neckline could sever an artery. Now that I'm breathing again, I wonder what can be done about my dress. There won't be any letting it out. I have no hopes for getting this dress altered so I keep my eyes open for a dress that wouldn't require the small waist measurement.

So my advice is: "If you are thinking of ordering a custom dress based on your personal measurements, find out first who is responsible for adding the easement inches to your measurements." And good luck!

I love your clothing online and ordered some denim palazzo pants. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to return them.

The fabric and colors are beyond my expectations. The dress is beautiful. Having to get it hemmed. Overall experience was great from purchase to delivery.

It's easy to order and good turn around time. I'm disappointed the dresses were smaller sized than I expected, but not so small that they won't fit after I lose the rest of my baby weight. Not quite what I expected, but decent quality, beautiful colors, and nice styles.
