Bad company with poor fit. I sent measurements and they send big, baggy clothing.
I measured and a friend assisted as we read directions.
3 items, two were huge and one showed far too much breast and the dress was too large.
I e-mailed them and explained that the site would not allow me to initiate a return. Then they sent me a return label
Then they stated that I didn't follow the return policy.
After several more e-mails of me telling them that I followed directions, now they offer me a credit instead of a refund as per their policy written on their website.
Bad company, bad sizing, failure to refund as stated on their website.

I've been ordering from eShakti for over two years now and their quality is getting better and better. Normally you wont expect that much from an online clothing store, bu their clothing fits perfectly. I usually get L-12 or custom size and because of their loyalty program customization is almost always free. Most of my best dresses are from eShakti and they get a lot more compliments then even more expensive one's.
I'm particular about my clothes, so it takes time to find a style I like. It's great to be able to customize the fabrics now, in addition to customizing the style. And yay for pockets!

I don't usually have an "off the rack body"…except at eShakti. I'm 6', 155lbs, and a standard size 10 here. Now I have jeans and skirts and formal wear and party clothes that FIT! Sleeves and length appropriate. I'm several orders in and will continue to shop here!
The dress is gorgeous I mean for real beautiful seems well-made and the material feels expensive. I ordered made to measure but have large breasts and it won't go over them... but again I'm going to try again but with made to measure because it arrived fairly fast and as I mentioned it's absolutely beautiful.
Ok, only. At least the jumpsuit fits. It's difficult to get in and out of.

The fit, tailoring, material are great. The packaging of the delivered item is A1 and it arrived before the expected date by Fedex.
