Loved the attention when I called in - however I have not hear back from my call with Ann from yesterday

Very disappointed in their customer service. Ordered four dresses in the original design. When we were getting close to the expected delivery day and noticed the status of the dresses still at the fabric stage, I reached out to the customer service email asking for an update. No one responded within the 24-48 hour window. When the expected delivery date passed, I asked for a refund and immediately got a response with an update that there were issues with the fabric. I get that issues occur when it comes to custom clothes, but the lack of communication for four weeks, even when the customer reaches out is unacceptable. I have not received an apology for their lack of communication, let alone delivering the products within the window of the order and will not receive the order in time for the events I had planned to wear.

I've had nothing but amazing luck with orders from the site. Always fits great, looks great, and comes exactly to order.

After calling customer service a few times due to needing the order fast for my sister's wedding, it got here 2 days before the date! The fabric is beautiful and amazing quality! I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I highly recommend ordering from here!

I wasn't sure what to expect when making my first purchase, but I was very happy with the clothes I ordered. Two slight negatives were that they took a while to get to me and that they weren't pre-shrunken, so the fit that I thought was perfect changed a bit after I washed the clothes. But they still were really nice, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy from eShakti again.

I love getting pants that actually fit! My only negative was that I never got a notification that my order was shipped so it just arrived one day out of the blue. Very glad I got it, but I like to have a bit more info when I order online so I know if I need to follow up.

I am still waiting for a response after reporting that I never received it and it has been weeks.
