Love everything! Everything fits great and looks great I'm very excited about wearing them.

At this point I only get clothes at eshakti, everything else is too small somewhere, while still managing to drown me elsewhere. It lets me show proportionally smaller waist. I've been shopping here for over ten years and it's done wonders for my self confidence to have clothes that look right on my body!

Being able to change the neckline, sleeve length and skirt length and then SEE what that looks like is amazing! I wish I'd seen the customized sizing area before I placed my order (I'm not a perfect size anything so it would have been good to provide exact measurements), but I received my dress and it fits very nicely and the quality is fabulous. LOVE having a formal dress, made for me, WITH POCKETS!

Really fun to be able to modify the dresses. I'm on the short side, so I never want a dress to go past my knees. I would normally pass up dresses if they're midi length, but I can just fix that on eShakti. I also have a large bust, and it's amazing to be able to enter my measurements and get something that fits like a glove.

I love it and the standard size 12 I ordered fits well. I have already decided which event I will wear it to!

I've always Ben pleased with my orders. They fit my dimensions exactly and are of high quality materials.

The Good: They've remade a dress for me twice at no additional charge. I have at least 10 items from them that I absolutely love, and maybe 5-10 more that I at least like. For the most part, I find their work to be high quality. The cotton poplin fabrics are my favorites, and the crepe and georgettes are nice when they have a lot of variation in color and tone. I like the chambray and corduroy, too. And the jeans!

The neutral: Options visualized don't always match the actual garment you receive. A sleeve cuff may show four buttons, but actually have two, for example. The fit is different from item to item, too. Low hip length in one top might be several inches shorter or longer depending on the top. An order with multiple items can be held up if one item in the order cannot be completed for some reason. Their regular v necks are quite a bit wider than a "normal" v neck. I've had multiple things I bought altered because they weren't quite what I was expecting, but after minor alterations they were perfect.

The bad: An order canceled a day after it was made took three phone calls, six weeks, and a chargeback through my bank to be refunded. Each time I called they said they'd do it within 1-3 business days, but they never did. Some pre-shrunk fabrics shrink significantly, most notably the chambray. Sometimes you receive odd fitting things or puckered seams. One dress I ordered had sleeve cuffs that were two inches smaller than the measurement I'd given for my arm. Other items have been ridiculously large. Communication is hit or miss. You might get an answer, and you might not. I have a dress ordered since 12/11/22 that hasn't been made yet, but I've already received two more recent orders. They often advertise things that are not possible on check-out, like $6.95 to customize a top, but at check out the charge is $14.95 instead. When I've written to clarify or request an adjustment, I've never gotten a response.

KEEP VERY GOOD RECORDS. I'm pretty sure I haven't been refunded for at least 1-2 items I've returned, but I never bothered keeping track until recently because I never worried about it. After the chargeback through my bank, I have no idea what to think about this company.They are absolutely wonderful some of the time, and absolutely horrible at other times. Honestly, I'll probably keep ordering. The good clothes I've gotten are worth the hassles I've experienced and the money I've spent & lost. My heart wants to give them five stars, but my brain just can't.

I needed a black gown for a masquerade murder mystery dinner. My character, the black swan. This dress fit the bill perfectly with the ruffled shoulders, they look like bird feathers (not real feathers). I couldn't be more excited about the sizing (I'm a short girl), the customer service and the delivery - SHOUT OUT to fedex, they delivered from India a day early. I will definitely order again.

It was an easy process to customize a prom gown. The fabric is gorgeous and the delivery was timely.
