I've been ordering for years and I love their clothes.
But I ordered late December they said delivery by 17th January. It's now February 8 th and I have no clothes and they're not responding to any of my attempts to contact them.
For now I have to strongly recommend against them. I hope they sort this out soon so I can go back to telling everyone they should buy from them.
I haven't been able to find other stores/sites that can offer me such an awesome range of choices that meet my style, and need for POCKETS and longer length. Quality is fair for the price, you can't always expect the best zipper or perfect symmetry at a value.
The delivery estimates are questionable...having ordered from eShakti a few times and only have shipping happen after I reach out, I'm skeptical. But I've always gotten my order and it has been exactly what I ordered.
Lovely clothes. However, I miss the old system of confirming delivery that didn't include the awful SiteJabber or demand I make a public review.
Placed an order almost a month ago, received a delivery date order of 1/26. It's 2/6 today and still haven't received it. After several attempts to reach customer service, finally got through and spoke to a really callous employee who looked up the order and said it hasn't even shipped from India yet and it will take another week atleast to be complete! They took my money and didn't deliver on the goods yet. No apologies or emails on communication of delays. Interestingly I also got an automated email from them asking how the delivery was. What a joke!
I have not been disappointed with anything I order from e-Shakti. It's an amazing feeling to order clothes, tweaking them to suit you, and have them arrive and FIT right out of the box. I have loved everything I ordered. I have teenage girls and concerns about modesty, and we can lengthen hems and sleeves and raise necklines with confidence. It really is a pleasure to shop here!
Disappointed with the customer service this time around. They are usually pretty good, but were not corresponding with me on whether or not emails were received and seemed sort of put off by my request for follow up. The clothing is good quality and I will probably shop with them again, but I hope my next experience will be better.

From the order to delivery, all was done to the 'T'! My only problem was when customizing my dress order. I'm not sure if measurements were off for me, or my interpretation of them, but the neckline pictured with the higher option appeared higher in the picture than what I received, to me. As a result, the top, which is a little large, gaps at the neckline. So communicating at time of order, maybe having someone double checking your measurements, could be improved. I would say just check and double check all that you put down! So I'm not sure how my problem will be dealt with, but in the past eShatki has definitely stood behind their guarantee and garments.
Unfortunately eshakti is now a SCAM, your order will be delayed and nonsensical messages will be sent like "there was a delayed due to a quality issue, we are working on it and let you know when is ready" and that's it, you won't receive any assistance, real solution or refund from this website after several weeks. If you made the mistake of ordering here recently just use your credit card company to claim back the payment otherwise your money is gone!
Overall good experience. No problems. The customer should allow for extra room at the waist for this style

Received my order in a very timely manner, before the estimated delivery date. Both articles fit well and are of great quality. Will be ordering more in the future.
