My order was presented nicely except that the sleeves are too big and huge neckline. I wont be able to use it at all.

Dress is very nice however would have been much easier had you offered delivery to israel directly

Very professional business. I was a little worried when my dresses did not arrive on the last date of the time frame given. I sent out an email and very quickly was given a call back and an email. Specifics were given to me and my dress arrived 3 days later. Very happy with Eshakti.

I've ordered from them twice and both times they gave me a delivery date at about 2 weeks from the order date which for a custom piece seemed fast. Both times they missed the delivery date by over a month, I feel like they just give you a 2 week turn around time in order to entice you into ordering, however if they were just honest about the fact that it'd take closer to 2 or 3 months to arrive I'd probably still order the dresses but I'd calibrate my expectations for their arrival and also not bank on them getting here in time for any events before that time frame. I can't comment on the quality or accuracy of the custom dresses at the moment as I'm 8 months pregnant and my measurements are pretty wonky at the moment, I probably will try them again after the baby and once I get back into shape.

Definitely worth the wait on shipping; the garments are gorgeous and I really value the fit guarantee - as a fat woman all the way in Australia it can be risky to buy clothes online! But eshakti are great quality and so easy to work with.

Thought it seemed too good to be true but it really is great clothes/service.

I loved this dress. It's easy to dress up or down depending on how you style it. The embroidery is beautiful and is very comfortable. I started to do a custom sizing but it seemed too complicated so ended up ordering a regular size.

I have ordered many dresses from eshakti, and every single one of them are made with care. The quality of these dresses rival any designer dresses off the rack... I love the ability to customize almost any dress to suit your own tastes. I know that any dress I order from eShakti will fit me perfectly.

The ordering process was straightforward and easily understandable. My only criticism is that it'd be nice if the measurements could be input in centimeters, not exclusively inches. It was kind of tedious converting my every single measurement before I could put it in. But that was honestly a minor inconvenience.

I never received my dress I purchased and I never received my refund. This company is a SCAM. Do not trust them and do not give them business. Their customer service starts out good but then months later, there is NOTHING. No product, no money. DO NOT GIVE ESHAKTI YOUR BUSINESS.

Some items were a miss for me, but overall I still absolutely love this company! I am still waiting for one item to be delivered.

Had a made to measure dress ordered, they email me back to verify some of my measurements as I have an unusual body shape. From time of order to receiving the dress just under a month. Quality craftsmanship and fabric. Nothing special but can't beat the price!

It's great to be able to customize details like adding pockets, changing the hem length (for those of us not wearing heels) and even the collar style of a top. Everything is to order.

I ordered two dresses from eShakti on January 11,2023 with an expected delivery date of January 30,2023. Currently as of today February 8,2023 my order has not even been processed but the money has been charged to my credit card. Calling customer service (they will not answer, but will only allow you to leave a message) and emailing multiple times have not resulted in any communication from them. As a side note, I ordered from them in October 2021 and did not have a problem whatsoever with that order. I would love to know what is going on this time.
