This was my second order from eshakti and I will definitely be back. I took advantage of the customization both times. None of my outfits has been a perfect fit, but for what I paid, I have been happy.

The clothes are cute and well made. However, i tried to reach customer service for three weeks and no one would answer back through email or the phone. It's been a nightmare. I would not buy from this site again.

My first time ordering from eShakti. I found the ordering experience very easy and I liked being able to select from so many options. The dress fits well and is a pretty color. Planning to wear it in the Summer.

Ordered the dress with my measurements, and got it back in about 2.5 weeks.

I placed an order back in January and haven't received it nor have I gotten ANY response to my inquiries about when to expect my order! TERRIBLE, non existent customer service!

These dresses and skirts are made out of high quality materials that last and look good! They have all been comfortable, beautiful, flattering (though you do need to know which styles look good with your body shape), and well-priced for the quality and customization. Having nice dresses and skirts with usable pockets instantly makes these my favorite thing in my closet!

It was simple to follow the measurements instructions and order. It also was delivered quicker than expected. Love the dress and process!

I have ordered from eshakti before and been thrilled with the product. But I placed an order January 24th and it hasn't shipped. I have reached out to customer service several times, I received an automated response that someone will be in touch, but no one ever gets in touch. I am just sending emails into the void. Really disappointed because the dresses I have ordered from them before have been good quality and well fitting.

I've ordered a few pieces from Eshakti over the years, and I've never been sorry. The summer dresses I ordered I'm still wearing years later; the tops are going to be staples until I wear them out and have to order more.

Generally great tho my first dresses were much too long - make sure to give them #s for height!

I was skeptical but wanted to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience, the quality of the dress, and the service along the way. Highly recommend and have already told people about it.

I have happily purchased many garments from eShakti and they are among the go-tos in my closet. However, I ordered two garments in January and have waited over a month and have not received either piece. I checked the status of my order and they have both been at the same place (one has been in packing and shipping for three weeks and the other in cutting and stiching). I reached out to customer service via the *******@eshakti.com email and received a confirmation a week and a half ago. I understand that sometimes there are problems but to not be able to speak with someone to resolve the issue is a major concern. I would rather have the garments than cancel the order but if I can't resolve the issue I will have no other choice.

The dress I bought is very flattering. Great workmanship. I love it. Looking forward to purchasing more dresses and skirts.

EShakti provides the most attentive and high-quality clothes shopping experience I have found online to date, with rates that are very affordable considering that each item is sewn to order rather than off-the-rack. An excellent business model and excellent results. I am very pleased.

I am so pleased with my dress, It fits perfectly to the measurements I provided, and the workmanship is high quality. I am 5'-1" tall, usually a US size 12 petite. It is becoming more difficult to find the petite size range, and impossible for dressy clothing. I know that I can order clothes from eShakti with my measurements, and they will fit properly and I won't have to have my local tailor alter them. I really enjoy being able to customize my garment styling, too.
