My dresses look amazing. They also took twice as long as they were supposed to, thus missing the event I ordered them for, and customer service didn't get back to me until two weeks after I submitted inquiries. I even called the help line, and had to leave a message. That phone call was never returned. The complete lack of communication has turned away what could have been a lifetime devotee.

The products are lovely but they arrived nearly a month later than promised. I ordered more than a month before my event to be sure I'd have them in time. They were delivered three days afterward.

I placed my first ever eShakti order on Jan 16,2023 and paid extra for quick delivery. I was notified delivery would be by Feb 4th. February is almost over and my event has come and gone without a delivery. I called on Feb 7th and was told the fabric was on back order and due in 2weeks (why wasn't I notified in advance?). I asked to cancel the order. I was told I would receive a confirmation email of the cancellation and a refund within 5 days. Nothing. I called again ten days later, reassured a refund is coming and again nothing. I'm going to the bank to try and reverse the charge today. Very disappointing.

Two items are great - custom made, and high quality fabric.
Unfortunately the 3rd item isn't wearable. Too tight in shoulders then massive in body. As in Australia the return policy isn't hassle free as will cost me the same to send back than what I paid for item. Think this needs to be reviewed if want more Australian customers.

I hope to buy more pieces from eShakti. I love that I can customize and not have the same thing as everyone else from big box stores.

Ordering is seamless. Shipping is quick. Clothing is well-made.

I've ordered from eShakti many times. Sometimes it takes a while for products to arrive or for refunds to be issued, but everything is high quality and as long as you're willing to wait, it's all lovely.

It was easy to choose modifications so the dress would fit and look good on me, not a model 8" taller than I am.

I always find exactly what I need and plenty of wants! I had one experience with a purchase that just wasnt for me once I tried it on. The experience of returning the product and getting a refund was painless snd simple. The way it should be!

Finally I found a place where I can shop confident with quality, the look I need and affordable. Excellent customer service as well. Thank you!

I'm clothes shopping after an bilateral mastectomy due to cancer and being on medication that makes me run hot. Being able to find lovely clothes that are custom fitted to me is helping me feel like I can present myself in a professional and yet individual fashion. That helps the confidence immensely.

Measure, look at size grid and order. And shipping was pretty fast.
So much better than driving to 5 stores to find 1 shirt that fits right. Sure items may coat a little more, but I would spend more in GAS driving around

I read all of the reviews online and they were all so positive - so I thought that this would be a safe way to go for a dress that would make me feel good. The ordering process was super easy, but then I never received my dress. I've emailed, called, and sent them a DM and have never gotten a response.

This was a good company. Since January 2023 orders have not been received, customer service isn't returning emails, phone calls, or Facebook messages. There are many facebook posts on their site from angry customers.
My order ******* was placed in January, it was supposed to arrive by 2/15/23. I've placed 3 email inquiries, 2 phone calls and on FB DM so far no one from Eshakti has answered with an updated shipment date or a reason the product is delayed. Like many people, the dress I ordered was for a special event.

Eshakti keeps running 40% off sales though, so it looks like they are collecting as much money as they can before they close shop. Hilariously I get a site jabber email, asking if I've received my order.

I love the quality of the make and fit. Already planning to wear them as soon as possible.

I received my dress and it fit perfectly. I didn't think that it would be as good as it was. The length was perfect. The shipping is a lot and I ended up paying $16 for shipping and tax.

Clothes were mostly as expected, reasonable in price, and arrived timely.
