I ordered four custom pieces. They arrived in a very timely manner and were packaged very well. Two fit perfectly and two were a little too large. I simply contacted customer service and submitted pictures of me wearing the garments. They remade the two items and sent them to me with no additional charge and asked that I return the other with the enclosed return label. Easy peasy and they fit like a glove!

I like the options to chose neckline and length as well as custom measurements. This is great for dresses and skirts to wear to church that are modest and not too revealing. I told friends at church about it and they liked the dress.

I love the special touch of a card with the names of those who made my clothes. The clothes are extremely well made with details like hook and eye closures and snaps to hold a neckline to bra straps. Hanging straps are ribbon not plastic. Having an unconventional body shape I always shop at eShakti because I know the clothes are going to fit well, make me feel beautiful and last! I keep my clothes a long time and everything I have from here has stood up well.

The ordering process was excellent as well as the ability to customize. I also found the dresses fit me perfectly, however, the fabric is really not great. It wrinkles very easily, even if it is steamed/ironed before wearing, it wrinkled after being seated at my desk for a couple of hours.

The fit of the poplin skirt is smaller than other garments I've bought from you. It's really snug. I'll probably alter it myself instead of sending it back so I can wear the skirt for more than a couple hours at a time!
