I ordered two formal dresses from eShakti with custom sizing and had a wonderful shopping experience. The dresses I received were high quality and just as described and pictured on the website. I appreciate the FX feature to custom design my garments, it made shopping online fun! The customer service offerings the company has--free remaking for the first three orders and free returns--assured my purchasing. This company seems too good to be true, but my experience says that it is as good as it seems!
Overall I am not impressed. I used eshakti back in 2009/2010 after I had my babies. Options were more limited then, but I remembered it was nice to get stuff custom made as I prefer longer dresses and skirts. There are a lot more options now, but I am not impressed with the quality. One dress was terribly made, crooked waistline, armholes way too small. Other dresses too large for the size chart given. Its not worth my time to try reordering. The skirt I got was spot on - I am happy with that.
I appreciate the buying options and alteration options. I didn't utilize it this time but I may in the future.
