This is my third dress from eShakti. Quality products, attention to detail, well-packaged

So happy with my purchases. Designs are so wearable and the customization offer is wonderful!

I ordered 2 dresses and I love them both! They fit perfectly!
I changed the hem length in one of them and switched fabrics in the other. Both are stunning. The construction is top and I love the attention to detail, like POCKETS and little attachments at the shoulders for slipping bra straps. Can't wait to wear the floor long one to my friends wedding

All of the items I've ordered from eShakti have been high quality fabric and construction, and I expect them to last many years. The clothes I've bought are comfortable, flattering, and versatile, and I always appreciate the touches they add that make them so much easier to wear - bra strap keeps, extra hidden buttons at the bust, spare buttons and snaps sewn to a seam instead of in a bag that I lose immediately, and of course pockets on everything. I've pretty much exclusively bought my clothes from eShakti lately because they always seem to have exactly what I want.

You can personalise some of the clothes by changing the sleeve, neckline, length to make them just for 'you'.
This is what makes clothes from eShakti so unique.
The prices are quite reasonable too.

As always it was very easy to order from eShakti. Unfortunately for asize 16 the shoulders are "short" and the arms are tight.

I'm excited to bring these to SE Asia for a vacation - should be lovely and breezy in the humid and hot climate!

There are many online clothing retailers. Some are fraudulent, some deliver differently than advertised, and some are very low quality. E-Shakti is none of those. Beautiful, quality clothing at a reasonable price and easily modifed through their easy to follow web site is a clear winner. Following all of that, you get exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Nothing better.

I have ordered several items from eShakti, and as always they have delivered a quality product that meets all my needs and expectations. Well-made clothing that fits perfectly and has POCKETS! I love that I can change design elements like the neckline and sleeves to suit my style, and the new feature of changing the fabric is exciting.

I can't seem to update the previous review so here is a new one. I received the garments a month later than promised. EShakti eventually did respond to one of my emails, ten days after I sent it (within 48 hours is what is promised).

The garments were well sewn, the fabric was fine, but everything is unwearable. I did custom measurement with some help and double checked those measurements. For the garments I received, the shoulder and bust sizes were made to measurement but the waist sizes were 3 inches larger, meaning not only do pants and dresses not fit, the shirts have a triangle shape (see first photo). The pants were ordered as shorter but go to the floor (see photo). I ordered blouses with wrist length sleeves but they are three quarter length. One business shirt I ordered to be above hip length, but it came as belly button length (see photo). I had a belly chuckle at that one!

Reading other reviews, getting a refund is uncertain. Returns are not free from where I live so I could spend $30-$50 on shipping to never see any money back. I would take a punt if there was any hope of timely communication with eShakti, but experience tells me it is a brick wall of a company.

Advice to eShakti:
1. If you can't meet promised turn around times, don't promise them. If garments take 4-5 weeks to make before dispatching them, just say that. If emails take 10 days to reply to, don't say it will take 48 hours. That is a better company story than being the company that doesn't deliver. If you break promises, you lose trust and customers. If a customer knows you will take two months to deliver they can plan around it - hey, it is custom clothing after all.

2. Get a second person to check measurements. Clearly, for whatever reason, my garment maker got the wrong waist measurement stuck in their head. Getting a second person to measure the first garment made would have prevented the next four garments being made with the same wrong waist measurement. They also got a few other things wrong too - we all make mistakes, but this tells me that there was no secondary oversight of the product. So I don't blame the sewer, I blame the system that doesn't support them to get it right.

Advice to potential customers:
1. EShakti requires some extra effort as a shopper, but as things currently are, I don't think it is worth that effort.
2. If you are determined to go ahead and try, only buy one or two things.
3. Go in with the expectation that it is a lottery and you may be throwing your money away.
4. If you do order and have problems, do not expect timely response times.

It was good. I was happy with my product. Nothing else to say.

Everything was fine except for having to shorten the dress myself to get it the length I wanted.

Great experience, clothes arrived just as they were pictured and on time. I am more than happy with the experience.
