I would have given the site a five star but the shipping took a little longer than I had been informed by the site's customer service department. 3 days longer, suggesting I always have to order weeks ahead. Ericdress has great sales, otherwise they're a little slow for me. There clothing is great quality. Their end of season sales are the best of any site. I have a pair of athletic pants I've worn for 3 years and they still look great. I have always been please with my purchases and if not, they cheerfully refund you.
CHEAP clothing made overseas. They had NO tags on them. Half the order didn't fit; I promptly wrote to them - they asked for PICTURES and won't refund my money. She did offer to give me a nice discount on a future order! Never again! Very disappointed - a total waste of $150.00. They don't allow returns.

I love the items on this site, pricing could be better at times, and the refund process is slow as a sloth. ericdress.com could be the best seller discount site but these issue rated a Me H!, but the selections got them to the four star mark. Those shopping with ericdress needs to write to them with every order, and demand better service for the prices charged. Automate the return process and give me my refund faster (as I have more shopping to do). Other than that I like what ericdress.com offers and I use the web site as a reference point when shopping.
Today I get my order, it was the first order from the site ericdress.com, and I got to tell I like it and will ordering in the future
I don't know what everyone complains about... I haven't been scammed by this site at all. They deliver kind of slowly and their hours suck... but that's just customer service i got all that i ordered and then some...
