They are such low quality clothes, and the customer service is shocking. I have been trying for weeks to return something and get a refund, only to be told they can't and that they won't help- to contact PayPal instead.

I recently discovered this amazing online boutique for awesome clothing at insanely low prices compared to other stores! They stock similar styles but at the fraction of the price!

Their shipping times are excellent, received in 3 business day. Shipping is free also so that's a huge bonus! My dresses arrived fine and I would definitely be back, love love love.

I'd recommend this website, it's so easy to browse and they honestly have the best customer service - you can see it on their Facebook responses.

I purchased some shoes today from this site. After reading the reviews, I'm terrified to see how long it takes to get here and if they'll even fit. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping so I don't understand why it would take so long!? I tried getting information from customer service but it seems they don't speak English very well. I don't understand what they were telling me. Ugh I just hope I get the shoes soon and they fit perfectly! We'll see

This is my first time ordering from them weeks ago, I should have got my item by now, wondering what is going on. I am unable to call China for customer service for help, any idea anyone, I need help, thank you.

Don't buy anything from ericdress, the sweaters I received a month late didn't look like the pictures. The second part of my order has never arrived, but they are on vacation so I seriously doubt I will ever get my refund.

OMG, Real scam from China. DO not Order from them, you will not get what you see on this pictures. VERY poor quality and way off sizing on the clothes. Cheapest Material. Dress came completely damage and no way I can use this dress or give to anybody. 100% garbage. Customer service the worth. SCAM< SCAM. I will put pic. All over the internet, if they will not give me the refund for this junk. So mad.

I got this purse few days ago and it's already ruined. That handle was so poorly manufactured they did ripped out the third day. Is this a fake Michael Kors purse? I emailed support and they told me that they are on holiday from February 13 to February 26. That was my Valentine's Day. Order number *******. Very unhappy an I don't want a fake MK!

Ericdress would like you to THINK that they are legit because they allow the use of paypal; however, they are in the business of waiting until the last minute to provide details of shipping, etc. if you open a dispute. Why do they wait so long? So that shipping info can be provided for something altogether different from what was ordered. You can order a clothing set for $40 and they will send you a $2 USB cord. Once the additional info is provided, they will offer a $5 refund. Really? These people won't quit. I have been in a dispute with them for 2, almost 3, months now and am still waiting for paypal to issue a refund. The jogging suit was ordered. After making a claim, the cord was sent. The items are no where near similar. Do not purchase anything from them

I was very disappointed with my order of 4 pair of shoes I was sent the wrong size, not the same as the description and shoes looked like they were second hand not even glued properly that it's so on idol and can't be worn. I've sent them so many emails and when they finally got back to me they expect me to pay for postage. However it's their manufacturing mistakes not mine. Very frustrated I've paid over $300 for shoes I can't even wear.

These people are horrible. I ordered a wedding dress in ivory and they sent me a bright white dress. Their excuse was that their fabric supplier made a mistake in the color and because the dress was custom made, they will not accept a return nor will they give me a full refund. The purchase was $140.99 for the dress yet they are suggesting a refund of $30. This is completely unacceptable! Do NOT purchase from them. Horrible customer service. They provide no phone number, just an email address and take days on end to reply.

DO NOT ORDER... this company ships of clothes that's the sizes of youth for adults, then your responsible for shipment to get it back, they had the nerve to offer me 14 dollars back from a 70 dollar purchase. How do you feel your suppose to keep someone money? Please people don't be setup to lose your money, it takes over a month to receive your purchase anyway.
