Bought something in August for my kids birthday in the middle of September.
The site assured it would be coming in September.
Well, today is the birthday and I just checked the status of my order.
It now says "Coming in October" so THANKS FOR NOTHING Entertainment Earth.
They didn't even email me or anything so I could have time to go buy another one.
JERKS!

Great products. Shipping time was an issue

I will say the products are great. The customer service always gets back through email and/ or phone I did both. They were very kind and explained the issue with shipping. The item shipped when they said it would after a large influx. Staff shortage I get it. Other than that issue I was please. Would order again!

Preodered a Chucky Blacklight pop.
Came damaged. Damage was not during shipping as the shipping box was totally fine.
This has been the 3rd pop I got from them damaged. So much for their "Mint Condition Box" Policy... that fraze means nothing to me from them. It's nothing but words to push a sell.
I spoke with them and they said they could offer me a return which is fine but then I'd have to reorder it and pay a crazy shipping charge on it and on top of that the item now is back order till 2023, probably longer because EE always gets stuff 3 to 5 months after you see it everywhere else.
They charge way to much to ship. They might say it's because shipping rates have went up but no EE has always be outrageous on their shipping unless you spend a certain amout of i think its 40 or 50. Idk why either because they don't give you premium shipping. Send you a smashed box.
For a small business they will never get any bigger doing stuff like this. I'd advise to shop else where unless you absolutely have to buy from a company that don't care about you item. They just care about your money. Period...
If you don't take my advise and your stuff comes beat up, can't say I didn't tell you so.
STAY AWAY FROM EE. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY.
It's crazy they use to be awesome and how fast this company is declined. Oh well I'd rather see another company that cares get the money than a company like this.

Yesterday they took my money from a pop I wanted over a year ago that I obviously no longer want. Never asked if I still want it or anything. Then they say it's my fault. Not to mention the other pieces I've ordered that's taken well over 5 months to get here. I'd recommend you use any other company.

Shipping times are not true
August 18, 2022

I Made a purchase last friday as I needed this on 2 weeks from the date of purchase the latest, normally when I have purchased from other places this gets shipped on time, but we are on the 5th day after the purchase was Made and payment was confirmed and they are supossed to have a 1 to 4 business days time frame, I contacted yesterday with customer support and basically they blame it on me for not picking the shipping method that suited My needs? Also he mentioned that my order was going to be shipped on 1 business day from that contact, well that is long gone now and no shipping. They have a free shipping promotion as of now, which option would you think 95% of the customers will choose? Of course that was a determinant for me to purchase with them as the item is available on other places as well, but the offer seemed good and I wanted to give them a chance, lesson learned I gueass and as of today the order has not been shipped and is on processing order status...

DO NOT ORDER FROM ENTERTAINMENT EARTH. A while back I ordered a Scarlet Scarab Funko pop from them and I had to wait at least a month for it, and when I actually got it it looked like someone $#*!ing sat on it. And when I called them they said couldn't give me a replacement, and when I asked the guy on the other end why it said mint condition guaranteed if mine wasn't he made up some stupid $#*!ing excuse to try and get me to believe that it wasn't the company's fault. If you can buy a product anywhere other than entertainment earth DO IT. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THEIR LYING POCKETS

Poor Customer Service
August 1, 2022

Placed a pre-order, which they "won't charge" before items are in stock, yet that's exactly what happened before i had a chance to cancel and was told nothing could be done beyond me waiting for the items and sending them back at my expense. Item is still listed as pre-order; representative(s) were also unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. AVOID Entertainment Earth.

I have ordered from this company multiple times. Recently had an issue with an old card on file, the representative was very helpful and took care of multiple issues for me. If you're into pop culture items for yourself or for gifts, this is a great place to order from. Also watch for speciasl, which the often run on in stock items, to save on shipping.

Purchased an item on preorder. Item delivery date keeps changing by months and months even though it is widely available elsewhere and has been for a very long time. Now they report that the item will deliver 8 months after the original promise date. AVOID!

I thought this company was reputable and at first I liked the customer experience. Until I put my first order with them. I submitted a heavy order rounding to $3,000 cause i was confident in this company and had good faith I was going to get my products in a timely manner. BOY WAS I WRONG LOL. My ETA was marked for February 2022. I kept getting emails about delays month after month. I'm like wtf is this? I ask my representative. They say "it looks like your products are delayed" no kidding! And "looks like you MIGHT be getting your products in August of this year. But I wouldn't count on it. Looks like you won't get them until 2023 but we don't know" excuse me did i hear that right? It is April right now. I cannot wait a year ( takes more than 365 days to get my products)? I complained to the manager. Manager was so rude accusing me I didn't do my due diligence as there are never guarantees with order delivery dates. I didn't do my due diligence? What about YOUR due diligence getting products to your clients with a timely manner? The manager says they cannot cancel the order. They don't cancel. I tell the manager you guys have such poor business practices. The manager admitted to me they won't let my order go cause it's 3,000 worth of money. I said you guys are just money hungry only care about the money not for the customer. He said "yes that's exactly it. It really is about the money. We won't let it go." He was telling me this order amount is nothing compared to big huge orders he gets from major giants bragging of it. If you have such great business with other people then why are you throwing a fit about an order that supposedly is a BREAD CRUMB TO YOU? Never ever do business with them. Stay away at all costs. If you want to wait a year or more for your orders be my guest. Otherwise, expect the same experience I had. I learned this the hard way.

I bought an item off EE in April 2021. So far it has been pushed back month after month. Right now I looked and its May 2022… and im sure when May hits, it will be September 2022. Just tell me you cant get it!

Horrible service. They are overpriced with no quality check. I ordered multiple times to get the Chase Funkos from them and each time I received my order, the non chase funkos are always in mint condition but every time I get a chase Funko, The boxes are damaged. This happened 3 times to me already, They do not have quality control and their shipping is too expensive!

Beware non US-buyers

I made an order some time ago, with some different Ghostbusters toys for my son, for his birthday. Recently I got a message from the post, that I have to pay $32 in VAT for recieving. I expected that, so I paid. When I recieved a oversized box, but only 2 out of 7 items were send. The day after I got another message, that I have to pay $32 dollars again in VAT for recieving the next one. I payed once again, and cancelled the rest of the order. Then I wrote to Entertainmant Earth to complain about, why they did not send them together, because they should know, as a business, that people outside the US get VAT bills per package. It does not make sense, because the items could easily be in 1 box. They are not very friendly or helpful, but arrogant when speaking to them. I asked them for a $32 refund, because they did not let me know about this. They refused. All the toys i got, was not as expected. Cheap china plastic, i expect to break within a month. Also i paid $75 dollars in shipping. I have no clue how come it can be that expensive aswell. The items did not have any weight at all. I do not recommend this. I payed about $220 in total, for a few really discount made toys. Damn, I got fooled... Never again from Entertainmant Earth.

Another Perfect Purchase
August 30, 2021

Entertainment Earth and their team have outdone themselves once again. Just got my Walrus and the Carpenter Funko Pop in MINT condition, this is one of the Funkos I wanted the most. I went to the site pre-ordered them. And they were here in an extremely fast amount of time and came in immaculate condition. I do 99% of my shopping needs on this website, have ordered many things and never had a problem. As far as I'm concerned best team and business hands down I highly recommend only ordering from them whenever possible always 100%. Keep up the great work always appreciated. I have left a couple pictures for future purchasers of stuff that I've ordered from them and they are in perfect condition... and that's not everything! THANK YOU ENTERTAINMENT EARTH!

Bad Business Ethics
August 17, 2021

I purchased an exclusive limited edition item from Entertainment Earth in full claims by the store that I would receive said item in "mint" condition. But, I did not. As a result to poor distribution, they still sold these items as "mint" condition, knowing that most—if not all were damaged. As well as they poorly packaged this limited edition item, when I paid for shipping (which includes packaging).

First time with the store and an awful experience. I preordered and the store charged me 1.25 USD any time and cancelled the same order 4 times before contacting me. Not recommended.

Please also note, the charge you have mentioned is a pre-authorization test charge, to ensure the validity of the payment method used on the order. The funds are either immediately refunded, or the "charge" will disappear completely from your statement. No funds are actually removed at the time of this test charge. Please be advised that the length of time it takes for the charge to fall off is dependant on your banking institution.

I've ordered 2-3 times from EE and every time there was a delay in shipping. As a matter of fact I'm still waiting on 5 items I ordered back in October of 2020. One item in particular said it would ship in February 2021, then March, then May, etc. and now it's not expected till August of 2021. In the meantime I've found 4 of the 5 items elsewhere. Overall I'm not impressed and likely will not order from here again.

Thank you for your comments. We do apologize for any inconvenience or confusion regarding item availability.
If there was something that we could do to influence the speed with which manufacturers deliver their merchandise, we would certainly press them on these issues. Manufacturers however, do not accept input from retailers. Their timelines are based on their own internal needs.

We post the ETAs in good faith that they will be able to make deliveries based on their given estimates. However, ETAs are subject to change at the will of the manufacturer. We do ship items out as soon as they are delivered to us though, so be on the lookout for our shipping confirmation emails!
