I have ordered from this company multiple times. Recently had an issue with an old card on file, the representative was very helpful and took care of multiple issues for me. If you're into pop culture items for yourself or for gifts, this is a great place to order from. Also watch for speciasl, which the often run on in stock items, to save on shipping.
Tip for consumers:
Great selection, but do "pay attention" if items are in stock or preorder. Also preorders are estimated times, usually take a little longer than the date stated. If you have preordered collectibles before, you will be aware of this but if not just wanted people to be aware.
