THEY SUCK! The unit i got said right on it DISPLAY UNIT ONLY, NOT FOR RESALE! It doesnt work will not even power on. They told me thers nothing they can do i could send it back at my expence, and they would charge me 50% of the sale to take it back nice. Where is the law when you need it. Do not buy anything from eglobalwirelesss.com, or you'll get the scamming of your life! I ordered a 7" mini net book from them on Dec, 5th, 2010 for my daughter for Christmas and was promised it within 10 business days. I then saw this website a few days after I ordered the net book. They look and seem so legit but BE WARNED THEY ARE FAR FROM LEGIT! I immediately called my credit card company and told them of the scammers and they; within 2 days refunded the full amount of $143.89 back to my card for this mini net book. I saved all the emails I had sent them and receipts in my drafts on my computer and the 1 email that I received from them. My credit card company told that everything had been resolved. Now 2 months later they charged my credit card again for $143.89. I had erased all of the emails and receipts in my drafts. I sent the mini net book back untouched Fed Ex ground back in December the day after I received it. Now I have to show proof to my cards dispute dept. that I sent the item back, because eglobal does not want to give me my money back. My only hope is that FedEx has the receipt so I can show proof that I sent the item back. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL NOT TO LET THESE SCAMMERS GET YOUR MONEY. I'm just hoping I can get my money back!
My wife bought me a netbook for Christmas. She bought it on Thanksgiving day and right after I received it I quickly found that it did not work at all like they said it would. We have been trying to get they "Great Customer Service" to allow the return as well as waive the 25% restocking fee. They are not allowing us to return the item even though it does not work at all like they say. In addition to the frusteration of them saying they will not accept the return, Their supposed great customer service phones are not working and the online customer service is down more than it is up and you can rarely get someone and when you do they can not make a decision on their own and told me the phone service has a problem and she would not get me a supervisor on the line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, Next step is the Better Business bureau.
I too fell prey to this horrible company and there horrible ways. I just got an email 12/22 that my order has been shipped out after placing the order on dec 6th and paying priority shipped. I have already ordered another netbook from amazon.com and recieved it in 4 days after placing the order (the same exact netbook the green one) I have already put in a dispute with my bank and contacted the BBB on this matter. I plan to reject the shipment when it arrives and just get my money back since I had tried to call them on several occassions and the online thing as well. I also left them a message to cancel the order. NO RESPONSE!. So if you want this netbook amazon.com sells it as well. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Blueant q1 bluetooth headset arrived (also with the 3 components loose in plastic bags--and with only 1 of the 3 earbuds provided in Blueant retail packages and no warranty card or instructions) in thinly padded envelope via USPS and was defective out of the bag. Was told there'd be a 15% restocking fee; then told via e-mail that I was right about their published/website policy and there should be a full refund (so long as the merchandise is returned intact in 30 days); it arrived in Florida in 5 days from receipt. I likely spent 3-4X as much to properly package it and send it Fedex.
The refund was 30% 'light' and there's been no response via e-mail. And the front page of the website says that all products are shipped free; so no shipping/handling clawback is legitimate.
Now I see 'recertified' versions of the same make/model for 50% more than the price I paid. And the lower priced units are still available; what's up with that?
If you go ahead and buy from this """"merchant""" be sure to use a credit card... so you can promptly dispute charges when you find out you've been """"serviced""" by the merchant.
Me and my fiance' order two 7inch netbook for 99dollars. We suppose to hve got them in 3-5 business days, they took our money out of our accounts the next day but guess what no netbooks in 3-5 business days i tried calling all you get is a recording after 5mins of wait time it tells you to leave a message. I tried chatting on line of course when i got off of line they sent me a message cause i tld thm i was contacting the BBB and i called my bank to refund me my money back, after that dec 22 i recieved the netbooks, boxes looks like they have been to hell and back. I powered both of them on they came on, one of the screens are scratched, and the other one looks like a C was marked in the corner, monday morning this junk will be back in the mail cause my bank is investigation thm anyway don't buy nothing from them. I ordered a pink netbook for my daughter on black friday and paid extra for priority processing and quicker shipping. As someone else has already said, i got an email saying they wouldn't mail the netbook unless i bought the warranty. I agreed and was charged another $14. That was 2 weeks ago and my product hasn't shipped.
Having ordered this as the major christmas gift this year with PLENTY of time for it to arrive before the big day, i went into panic mode and have been trying to get a hold of the company for 2 days, only to be hung up by an automated message on the phone and finally, while i was on the phone with the bank making a fraud claim, i got an email from eglobal saying to open a live chat support ticket and wait 24-72 for an operator to talk to me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A PURCHASE, CONTACT YOUR BANK AND FILE A CLAIM IMMEDIATELY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
I CAN say that the fact that they took their sweet time NOT shipping my purchase was a blessing in disguise, as reading about other peoples' experience with an item they actually received sounds like a nightmare. My daughter would have had her day made and her heart broken at the same time with the hunk of crap i was sure to receive.

This is a scam -- they do not deliver, they do not answer their phone, they do not respond to emails -- they just take your money. I was duped.

100%n the worst company in the history of company's! Customer service is a negetive 10, their products suck... and i recieved a NETBOOK COMPUTER IN A BOX WITH NO PACKING INSIDE A PLASTIC ENVELOPE... I bought a 7" netbook just like everyone else and it did not work like they promised, it kept turning off. Wouldnt go to several different web pages ect! It is crap. It was a present for my 11 year old daughter and she came to me after being on it forr about 10 min. And said " daddy this thing don't work, its no good"... seriously! After tring for sever weeks to contact EGLOBAL and recieving absoultly no service via the internet or by phone i just sent the peice of crap back to them with a letter, i recieved a refund minus the 25% restocking fee. So over all i lost $25 restocking fee, $8 shipping from them to me and $13 shipping from me to them... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The 7" netbook I ordered as "NEW" wasn't new with its screen scratched up, came in a mangled up box AND HAD ITS POWER ADAPTOR MISSING! I tried to return it, but, first, they make you print out a return label but even after you fill out the return form, NO RETURN LABEL IS PRINTED OUT and says "We will call you within the next 24hrs". But I never received any calls from them and WHEN I CALLED, NO ONE PICKED UP! I waited for more than 1 hour just to see if anyone will pick up but no one did. They advertise their products as new and when you receive them they are either used or defective, and when you return them, THEY TAKE 25% OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE PROFIT! Once you click on "Place an order" they will take 25% off of the price whether you cancel the order or return it. And they make it seem legit by making you check the box that says "I agree to pay 25% of the price for restoking fee" but if you don't put a check mark in the box, the return request window doesn't work! STAY AWAY AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

Answer: I am interested in a class action suit as well! As Melissa expressed in her comment I also ordered a pink and a green 7" netbook for my two daughters for Christmas and altho they did arrive on Chirstmas Eve a month after I ordered and paid express 2-3 day delivery, I scrambled to find alternate gifts from Santa. I did not give the netbooks to my girls knowing they more than likely would not work. They are complete junk. They were used, the writing on the keys are worn off. To see the disappointment on my daughters face Chirstmas day when she thought santa did not visit durning the night will stick with me for years. I have filed a fraud case with my bank and they have instructed me to mail the netbooks back.
