Question:

I am also interested in a class action suit. I bought the 7" netbook, which of course did not work, would not connect to the internet. Online support told me to return it, but never told me of a 25% re-stocking/re-selling fee. Unfortunately, one of the company's reps. Called me with a "package deal", which I stupidly bought for $40. I also bought the extended warranty. And... wait for it... all of the above are non-refundable, even though I sent everything back and they will send them to someone else, while I'm trying to grow a money tree or constantly go to the toilet looking for the money to pay a thief. Definition: a thief is someone that takes something for nothing. I now have nothing from them but they still want $63.00 for that nothing. I have told them that if I am to pay for the warranty, I want a video of them fixing that machine, so I can see MY warranty in effect. They also misrepresent their company, horribly. I looked at their comments on the machine and saw only 4 and 5 stars, one reason I bought it, just to find out that if anyone gives it 3 or less stars, they refuse to put it on their website. I have contacted my state attorney general, federal trade commission, consumer protection agency, internet crime unit, and the BBB. Through the BBB, the company lowered the re-stocking/re-selling fee from 25% to 10%. Should I have a party now? NOT!

I am interested in a class action suit as well! As Melissa expressed in her comment I also ordered a pink and a green 7" netbook for my two daughters for Christmas and altho they did arrive on Chirstmas Eve a month after I ordered and paid express 2-3 day delivery, I scrambled to find alternate gifts from Santa. I did not give the netbooks to my girls knowing they more than likely would not work. They are complete junk. They were used, the writing on the keys are worn off. To see the disappointment on my daughters face Chirstmas day when she thought santa did not visit durning the night will stick with me for years. I have filed a fraud case with my bank and they have instructed me to mail the netbooks back.
