The product I purchased was not what they described. They charge 25% for you to return something as a "restocking fee to cover shipping and marketing cost". Warranty is non refundable.

100%n the worst company in the history of company's! Customer service is a negetive 10, their products suck... and i recieved a NETBOOK COMPUTER IN A BOX WITH NO PACKING INSIDE A PLASTIC ENVELOPE... I bought a 7" netbook just like everyone else and it did not work like they promised, it kept turning off. Wouldnt go to several different web pages ect! It is crap. It was a present for my 11 year old daughter and she came to me after being on it forr about 10 min. And said " daddy this thing don't work, its no good"... seriously! After tring for sever weeks to contact EGLOBAL and recieving absoultly no service via the internet or by phone i just sent the peice of crap back to them with a letter, i recieved a refund minus the 25% restocking fee. So over all i lost $25 restocking fee, $8 shipping from them to me and $13 shipping from me to them... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My wife bought me a netbook for Christmas. She bought it on Thanksgiving day and right after I received it I quickly found that it did not work at all like they said it would. We have been trying to get they "Great Customer Service" to allow the return as well as waive the 25% restocking fee. They are not allowing us to return the item even though it does not work at all like they say. In addition to the frusteration of them saying they will not accept the return, Their supposed great customer service phones are not working and the online customer service is down more than it is up and you can rarely get someone and when you do they can not make a decision on their own and told me the phone service has a problem and she would not get me a supervisor on the line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, Next step is the Better Business bureau.
This has to be one of the worst retailers on the web. DO NOT DUE BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. After not recieving this item and paying extra shipping and also an extended warranty They only refunded 2/3rds of my money. This company is a JOKE. Just read the reviews on the internet.
Absolutely inconsolably the most heinous experience of my entire life. To any future electronics users PLEASE abstain from making the same dejected error as so many others. The mini notebooks purchased through their incorrigible company would not access the internet and the chargers began to burn after having only been plugged in for five minutes. The company refuses to provide any sort of refund and the costumer service is a complete and total bamboozlement. Do not waste your time, money, or enterprise.
I purchase a red netbook laptop from them they send me a black that cost 99.00$ the red cost 129.00$ i tryed to call the eglobalwireless lots of time the voice recorder pick up and say this mail box is full call back

I like a lot of u purchased the 7" mini netbook. When i finally got them the boxes were all banged up and laptops wouldnt connect to internet. They were a piece of junk. Then they try to charge a 25% restock. I don't think so. We went through paypal and ended up getting full refund. Don't let this company win. They r scammers. What goes around will come around
I ordered the 7" mini notebooks, 3 of them for my kids for Christmas. Paid for priority processing and shipping on Dec 19th. They were not processed until Dec 22, shipped Dec 23rd, and therefore didn't arrive until Dec 27th. Ruined Christmas for my children as they didn't have the laptops I had promised. Once received, two of the laptops won't stay charged! We also can not access the internet. Terrible. I feel so stupid! I am going to pursue this to the fullest extent of the law. What a SCAM!
Do not order from this website. Ordered to of the 7 inch laptops for Christmas for my daughters. I am still trying to get them returned. Ordered on Nov. 5th and Contacted them on Dec. 28th. They said I am past the 60 day return policy! The laptops were a joke. You could get on the internet just not access any sites. It could not even keep the correct time. I rated the laptop but interestingly enough my rating is not showing - not 4 and 5's! Save you money!
I ordered two 7" netbooks for our girls for Christmas on the Monday before. They arrived on Christmas Eve just in time. We did have an issue with one of the adapters, however a replacement is due to arrive today. My experience with Erik and eGlobalWireless was not bad. We have been able to access the internet on both, although they are a little slow as they did mention on their website. I got what I expected. Apparently, this company was in a bit deep but I they met the challenge of this last minute shopper.
I am in the same boat as everyone else. I feel so stupid for falling for something like this. Ordered 2 7 inch mini on 12-12-10 for my kids got 2-3 bussines day shipping and it didn't come in until 12-27-10. Called and tried to talk to someone online and didn't get anywhere. The computer is a piece of sh*t! Please help me find a way of getting my money back. Do all banks have a fraud hotline and will they still help me since I opened it. If I send it back they will charge me 25% and I loose the money I put on the warranty. I just wanted something nice to give my kids for christmas and feel on this stupid scam.
Got the famous 99 dollar " new" netbook. The screen moved on it like it was too small for comp. When you push a key it displays a diff letter than you push... won't. Let you com some website cause the browser is out dated but won't. Let you update it either. I bought this as a xmas gift for my 11 yr old son. The owner and anyone employed by this company should be ashamed of themselves. I'm contacting Bbb. This is absolute bull.
This is the worst experience EVER! NO customer service despite what they claim! Thanks to them my son will not have his netbook from Santa in the morning! Poor shipping even when you pay for priority processing and priority shipping! Also the insurance you pay for on shipping isnt even insured thru the USPS it is from a 3rd party which you get no info on who that 3rd party is! I will never suggest this site to anyone! DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Maybe Monday it will be here and you bet I will let you know what the product is like!
I ordered one of the 7'' netbooks from this site prior to reading many of the negative reviews here. After reading them I immediately was scared and attempted to contact the site to find out when my order would be shipped, more info on the product, and possibly to cancel my order.
Attempts to call their support line were never answered, messages were left both on voicemail and via e-mail with no responses.
HOWEVER, the package did ship two days after I had ordered it (I ordered on Monday and it shipped Wednesday). The item is exactly as described and I am pleased with it.
I can only speak for my own experience and so my conclusion is that their customer service is complete garbage, but I was not scammed and received the product I ordered in reasonable time.
Me and my fiance' order two 7inch netbook for 99dollars. We suppose to hve got them in 3-5 business days, they took our money out of our accounts the next day but guess what no netbooks in 3-5 business days i tried calling all you get is a recording after 5mins of wait time it tells you to leave a message. I tried chatting on line of course when i got off of line they sent me a message cause i tld thm i was contacting the BBB and i called my bank to refund me my money back, after that dec 22 i recieved the netbooks, boxes looks like they have been to hell and back. I powered both of them on they came on, one of the screens are scratched, and the other one looks like a C was marked in the corner, monday morning this junk will be back in the mail cause my bank is investigation thm anyway don't buy nothing from them. They are a scam
I ordered a Wii balancing board on December 2, and it was suppose to arrive within 6 business days, but I am still waiting. I have tried to contact them and they never respond to my emails. I filed a complaint with eBay and have wait until the 27th of December to get my money back. This was suppose to have been a Christmas present, now I have to wait to get my refund and can't get another one until then.
I too fell prey to this horrible company and there horrible ways. I just got an email 12/22 that my order has been shipped out after placing the order on dec 6th and paying priority shipped. I have already ordered another netbook from amazon.com and recieved it in 4 days after placing the order (the same exact netbook the green one) I have already put in a dispute with my bank and contacted the BBB on this matter. I plan to reject the shipment when it arrives and just get my money back since I had tried to call them on several occassions and the online thing as well. I also left them a message to cancel the order. NO RESPONSE!. So if you want this netbook amazon.com sells it as well. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Its horrible. They lied, all there information on there is lies. I am a computer tech and I referred my dad here seeing the deal on the netbooks. I was convinced they were real. They claim 5 star customer service, live chat and tracking numbers. So My dad purchased 2 netbooks, the money got taken out right away. Needless to say, a few days prior to Christmas and bam, no netbooks. So going back to the site, it claimed his email was never registered. Upon calling the number, it just kept you on hold till finally it went silent. I have sent this information to my local news casters, and to the BBB, surprisingly there were no other complaints on there. PEOPLE, send complaints to the BBB. This company must be stopped. They are using a private domain and are scamming people left and right. There website comes up once you enter netbooks in the google search. This isn't right of them to get away with this!
Answer: I am interested in a class action suit as well! As Melissa expressed in her comment I also ordered a pink and a green 7" netbook for my two daughters for Christmas and altho they did arrive on Chirstmas Eve a month after I ordered and paid express 2-3 day delivery, I scrambled to find alternate gifts from Santa. I did not give the netbooks to my girls knowing they more than likely would not work. They are complete junk. They were used, the writing on the keys are worn off. To see the disappointment on my daughters face Chirstmas day when she thought santa did not visit durning the night will stick with me for years. I have filed a fraud case with my bank and they have instructed me to mail the netbooks back.
