Got your money who cares

Ordered approx. $3000. 00 worth of parts at the end of 2016, the sales rep. Said if I ordered it all I would get a discount plus free shipping., their return policy is 30 days, I explained to the sales agent that my falcon was going through a complete restoration and it may take a year to a year and a half. He said that would be no problem as long as the parts were left unopened until the were to be used. If there were any problems they would be taken care of, guess what? They said I had the parts too long and there was nothing they could do. I explained what the sales agent told me but they did not care. As of now the carpet is wrong, the rear quarter panel letters won't work, and the front fender emblem has the paint peeling off! In my opinion they are the worst company I have ever delt with and I have restored a lot of falcons. Because of this simple problem they have lost a bunch of corvette part sales and many falcon part sales. Maybe they don't realize that word gets around!

Parts don't fit
September 17, 2021

I bought some chrome parts to dress up engine on my 1995 corvette. An oil cap and a brake fluid cap. They did not fit, they were too small. When i called customer service they couldn't find me, even though i gave them my name and address. The service rep told me we have a new computer system. ( yeah, right!). They lost a customer in me and I will never recommend them to anyone. The worst.

Ecklers SUCKS

I've been in the auto repair biz for over 40 years and this is the worst company i ever dealt with, if you want to wait an eternity and get a million different answers or want to wait months for your money back then i would deal with Ecklers

Ordered a set of gauges online and my CC was immediately billed $475 and received an order confirmation email stating that they would send an email when shipped. After two weeks and no ship notice email, I tried calling customer service and waited on hold for 45 minutes on two occasions. Was never able to speak to a person. Then sent an email and received no response. It appears that the charge has now been dropped from my CC. Followed the link in order confirmation email to check on order and entered the order number and other info and it could not find nor confirm my order. I emailed the gauge manufacturer and was told that they are not currently producing the gauges I ordered. I would like to cancel my order and purchase other gauges from another vendor but have not been able to do so due to nonexistent customer service.

No customer service

I ordered a part, it doesn't work on the vehicle they said it would. I'm sitting here waiting for customers service on hold, 61 minutes right now. They have a high call volume, they probably have one person. I sent an email, they said they would have someone contact me in 5 days. Sent one to a different site, tech service, 2 days for a response.
Pretty much "zero" customer service, don't think they care at all about the customer.
IM FINISHED WITH THEM!

I received a postcard from Eckler's offering $15.00 off any purchase over $15.01. So I had about $1,800.00 worth of parts to order for my Corvette but had never dealt with Eckler's. I needed a $20.00 Relay so I decided to order the Relay, use the $15.00 offer and see how Eckler's was to deal with. I then noticed a hit on my credit card for the full amount. I called and talked with a very nice lady who checked and said yes they will adjust the amount when the billing goes through and she gave me the correct billing amount. She also verified that the part was in stock. After almost 3 weeks I received no part and my credit card hit noted as Pending disappeared. I called to ask what happened and they couldn't find my order anymore. So as of today $1,800.00 worth were ordered from a company I have used in the past. Big Management Issues! Huge!

Ecklers SUCKS!

I ordered some flush finishing washers for my door panels. After waiting for quite a while I did not hear from Ecklers. I called them, they said they do not have what I ordered. I told them it would be nice if they would have notified me about not having the parts. They said there is no procedure in place to do his. Ecklers... come on... give me a break. This shows how much they care for their customers and that they don't give a crap about how much time the customer lost waiting for them.

Back Order

Not sure if Ekler's (Ricks Camaro) is getting to big to fast to properly manage the company but I'm done. Wrong parts, no parts and no communications. Ordered vacuum modulator line that showed in stock. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days so I called. 20 minutes on the phone to find out it's on back order and I should get it in about 6 weeks! I need it now! That's for the heads up. Website still show they have them in stock! Stay away from any of the Ekler Companies.

Go anywhere but ecklers

I am disgusted. I ordered $2500 in parts from them for a classic restoration im working on, its now December. They have no idea where my parts are or when they might be ready. Same story since august. I finally got fed up and am trying to get a refund which they tell me could take a month to process. Absolutely pathetic. Ill shop everywhere and anywhere except ecklers in the future. Hour long waits on the call in line, complete clustercluck up there... its a shame.

I ordered this gasket set and a heater case almost a month ago! To date I have still not received the heater case and calls to Ecklers have given me many excuses but still no part. So now a very good customer has told me he'll never do business with me again! I pas this along to Ecklers! I will not order from you if your the last person on earth who has the part!

Bad customer service
February 28, 2022

We ordered tires after almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received the tires. I called to find out what's going on with the tires and they are now telling me I have to deal with manufacturing. This is bad service and the person helping me out had no answers to the questions I was asking. He kept saying he didn't understand what I was saying and wasn't helpful at all. Their website is not good or helpful in any way.

I bought a water pump from Eckler's in July. By November, I discovered it was leaking. I contacted Eckler's and informed them of this, and offered to buy a new water pump so I can have the defective one replaced, and return the defective one for a refund. The agent would not cooperate. He wanted me to have the old one removed and return it to Eckler's to be repaired. I explained that 1) I did not want a defective and repaired item installed back in my car, and 2) Even if I wanted to return the old one to be repaired, once the water pump was removed from my car to be returned, how was I supposed to drive it home from the mechanic? They refused to cooperate, and to date (12/ 19) still have not.

Ordered seven items: two were "no longer available" (wasn't mentioned when I ordered) and one item was simply left out. As the order was incomplete I returned the items at my expense and was charged for the missing item. Even though I had phoned Ecklers and they said I would not be charged. They have an extremely bad customer service model, and seem to take no responsibility for their mistakes...

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order and just contacted them and now I was told that it will not shop for at least another 2 weeks. This isn't the first time I have had to wait a long time for an order from them. I am all done with them, they aren't the only Covette parts dealer around.

Never received item!

I ordered an exhaust system from Ecklers. They said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I waited for 3 weeks, then I sent an email to customer service. NO Response. Called customer service - was told that it would be dropped shipped from another supplier. Waited an additional 10 days. I sent another email to company - NO Response. Finally I had to contact Paypal (which I used). They tried to contact the company, but received no response. Paypal ended up refunding me the purchase price. Never again will I deal with them.

I paid 3200 for a part i ordered from ecklers. Have got nothing but the run around from them. Its been 2 month and have recieved nothing. They refuse to answer the phones. Was on hold for 47 minutes 1 day, and 55 minutes the next day. They dont update the website with tracking info. Keep telling me 2 more weeks for delivery. Finally spoke with customer support and they claim the manufacturerer of the part is ill, which makes no sense and it must be a 1 man show. I want my money back. All 3200 dollars from them. They refuse to give it back. Ive been robbed by ecklers. After reading numerous reviews from others. Seems like its a common practice with ecklers. This company needs to be put out of business.

I had problems both times that I ordered parts for my corvette. The wait time for customer service was 20 minutes the last time that I called, and it was about the same the times previous. I was told my parts would be delivered in two days... that was last week. I still don't have my parts, and my initial order was placed 6 weeks ago.

Today, they said my parts will be here in 2 days (again). There is still parts on back order, that wont be here in 2 days, but I have given up. I will buy the parts from someone else. Just to be clear, I asked when placing the initial order if every item was in stock, and I was told that everything I ordered was in stock. To top it all off, I was dumb enough to purchase the club membership. I would strongly reccomend to anyone, to buy from someone else. This place is a joke!

DO NOT BUY ECKLERS!
January 11, 2020

The worst customer service EVER! Returned two wheels they shipped to me by mistake after they agreed to reimburse my freight charges. Now they refuse to pay. Also returned defective product and they refused to cover freight back to them. These people are OUT RIGHT LIARS! Don't trust them or their product. My next review is with the BBB!

Never able to get my full refund for canceled out of stuck parts. Customer service is horrible and unable to put manager on the phone for multiple times. Competitor will match Ecklers price and will warn you if theirs parts are out of stuck.

Bad business
August 10, 2021

0 stars for Eckler's auto parts. Placed an order for my 1970 Ford Torino on July 8th. Part, S&H, taxes and $. 99 core charge(per their web page) came to $120.11. Didn't hear anything by July 15th. Called them... was on hold for over an our. Finally hung up. Went to their web page to get an update. Used the chat option... said the part would ship in 2 days. It didn't. I called back on July 21st and finally got through to someone. They said the part was scheduled to be picked up by FedEx that day(coincidence). The part was delivered the 23rd. Wrong part number. They also added an additional $22.61 s&h and charged me $53.31 for core charge. I sent the part back. They refunded the part and core charge but none of the $43 s&h. Horrible company to do business with.
