I have been waiting for a roof top for my 1985 corvette for 3 weeks now. I called customer service and was told it will take 9 weeks. This info was not included during my purchase. Why? You wasted my time and $$ i could have used on another company who delivers more promptly. Lastly. I was told my refund will be available in 30 days. Are you kidding me!
So disappointed and so dissatisfied! Never again!
I placed an order on April 7 - with an estimated shi[ day of 3-7 business days. They tell me after 2 weeks that it's a custom item and will be 4-5 weeks. Now in week 6 and no ETA, not even an attempt at keeping me as a customer. If I knew where else to go for this item, I would. No wait on taking my $700 though.
We purchased a set of flags and fuel injection emblems after I rec only the flags they claimed they were no included in the item that I ordered. Wanted me to return them but I am not dealing with this co again. Be smart and never ever order from them.
I will never order from ecklers again very slow 3 days before part was shipped if they put more effort into there shipping instead of sending countless emails to buy there stuff maybe they could be better
Parts on order for weeks. Called several times. The only response was that the vendor could give no eta on when it would be shipped. They got paid! I have no parts! But I get daily emails about how I should buy parts from them. I would walk before I ever buy from this sham of a company!
There web pages says it in stock but weeks later you find out its not. Your forced to call them and then cancel your order. I will not deal with this company ever again.if you do please call them first to see if the part you want is in stock.
Billed my credit card for parts I canceled two weeks ago called and got such a attitude from the girl after waiting on hold now for 42 minutes, I was told that's just the way it is omg no I'm on hold again trying to get a supervisor. This is not the first time wave had issues, guess I'm going to have to find another vender this one id horrible customer service. Bob K
Canceled an order for mounted C4 seats when I was told by an Ecklers Customer Service Rep. That they were having issues with the vendor. It has been 30 days and I still haven't received my 1,500.00 refund. It does not take a month to process and refund a Customers money!
Ordered parts for a 69 El Camino rebuild. The parts were wrong I did everything they said and sent them back FedEx and now they are telling me I'm getting a store credit. I do not want a store credit I will never do business with this company again I advise everyone else to stay away from them

SERIOUSLY AVOID! I ordered a part from this company on 5/24/2022 and it said it was available, in stock and would be able to ship in 3-7 business days. Two weeks later with no shipment or tracking, I call the company and they said that its actually 70-75 days to ship. Are you serious? I have missed multiple car shows that depended on this part being delivered in a timely manner and I would had NEVER had ordered it, had they disclosed this. Ecklers has severely disappointed me and let me down. As Ray said in another review, "I feel this type of service is deceitful and unacceptable. I will not do business with this vendor again," and I 100% agree. I can see by the other reviews that this is typical of Eckler's and I beg you to please stay away!
I ordered a headlight switch knob in August, the next day I cancelled the order, Ecklers said it was in shipping and they would try. I received the part the end of October. They didn't tell me it was backordered, they stated it was in shipping. I sent an e-mail to return it and learned there is a 25% restocking fee, it has been a week and no response. I will sell it on e-bay. I didn't realize they had such poor reviews. I will shop at Top Flight now who has 5 star reviews.
I bought a dash pad to rebuild my 84 Corvette. It's been garage kept, out of the Sun but the glue holding on the cover material failed. I called hecklers to find out what could be done. They told me there was never a warranty on dash pads. I would check out other sources before I bought anything from them again. I know I'll probably have to use an alias now if I ever need anything, but so be it. After-sales support is important for Car Guys.
I ordered a $700 gas tank for a 70-72 Camaro on March 31,2023. While installing it today (7/12/23), I noticed it does not fit. Upon looking at the package, there is one BIG sticker on there that states the item in which I purchased (1970-1973 Camaro Sniper Coated Steel EFI Gas Tank) There is also a smaller sticker (75-77 Camaro & 75-78 Firebird EFI Fuel Tank Kit). I was sent the wrong one. I talked with customer service who stated that the return policy is 30 days. Upon further viewing of the website, it states, "Eckler's standard return policy is 30 days from delivery. We do recognize that restoration projects take time though and that purchases aren't always used immediately, and so in some cases extended returns may be available for store credit." All I asked was for an exchanging of the CORRECT fuel tank. As with restoration projects, it takes months to years to complete. They failed to honor what I purchased in the first place.
Sent me damaged parts. I had to pay return shipping. Was told I would not be charged a restocking fee but they did will never do business with again very rude customer service
I ordered one part on Sept 5th. It said avaliable, has been processing 19 days? I have emailed 8 or 9 times got a; we will reply to you within 5 days. No reply. Have called 5 times set on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. No answer what so ever. Is there customer service, parts specialists, or anything? I will fill out a better business bureau and maybe I can get a reply through them. This is beyond sad in the past I have had a great experience with them but not this time.
This company has horrible customer service, they will force feed you magazines in multiples long after you canceled your account in attempt to disconnect from mass mailings, 3 duplicate books and two tho books I don't nor have I ever owned.
On 1/23/2022 I purchased sound deadening materials for my 2016 Corvette, $305.65 total and the invoice stated it would ship in 7 - 10 business days. I still have not received it, can't get anything but automated replies from customer service, they don't answer the phone but if you get lucky and get someone all you get is the run around and excuse after excuse. I just want my money refunded but getting no where.
In my opinion if you do business with these people you are asking for trouble, may even lose your money. I'm damn sure not happy and will never purchase anything from them in the future.
Call can't get someone to answer except sells and they can not help with already orders. Told him i waited 20 minutes on phone yesterday, he says that's not long enough. Can't even get a return on a email. They say no people want to work. Won't buy from them again
Thanks to ecklers, I drove 400 miles to put on the air intake for my 80 year old retired military father's Corvette to find the part was defective. Was on the phone for more than a hour. Ecklers does everything they can not to give back your money. Poor customer service. They insisted I send pictures of the item they neglected to quality control. Then never called back. I had to file a dispute with my credit company and go buy the part from someone else.Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these crooks
Answer: Easy but you cannot trust them. They will tell you a different story (lies) every time you call. Worst customer service ever!
