Its been 5 weeks still have not received my refund
Never use them again

Ordered a brand new top for my 85 corvette ($1000+), and it doesn't line up. The top was rushed to me because I wanted a refund due to taking so long. So what they did was quickly slap something together and sent it to me. Ecklers lied to me and told me they would take it back and never provided shipping info. Called back and said we will not refund you a thing. Still months later and nothing from either company Astro tops or ecklers. So I'll out $1000+ because of terrible service. STAY AWAY.

I ordered the C7 painted door handles in Laguna Blue to match my Vette. They arrived in great condition and improve overall appearance of the car.
It amazed me how adding one small custom piece can make such a huge improvement! Great Buy!

Shipped wrong part.

I ordered a specification plate for my 1988 Corvette off their website. They sent me the wrong one and when I emailed them I was told they would ship the right one out and not to worry about returning the incorrect one. After several days have gone by I again messaged as to if it was shipped just to be informed that it was out of stock and I should see it sometime late October or in November. It should not have been offered for sale to begin with if they didn't have it available. Bottom line is they have my money and I have the wrong specification plate and may never see the right one.

They don't stock anything - they piecemeal their orders out to other vendors who take no responsibilty for the accuracy of orders. I'm waiting a month now for seat covers that were supposed to be in stock, ready to ship. The carpet was supposed to be gray, it came in black. I ordered 7 different items, all 6, so far, that have been delivered came from 6 different vendors - just save time and order them yourself. Their customer service sucks, they don't want to give refunds. They just plain suck. Big time.

Horrible customer service. The telephone hold is for too long. Called them numerous times. Finally got a hold of sales rep named Benjamin who took the payment and said parts would ship out the same day. 1 week later, parts never shipped and no reply from him at all. Kept calling him back and finally another sales rep says parts are out of stock for 2 months. Ended up loosing time and money chasing them over all of this.

No way to communicate

This company has repeatedly ignored any attempt to communicate through email. I had this issue when it took more than a year to resolve a wheel tire package. For some unknown reason they keep putting $225 to my credit card in authorization. No transaction is completed and they repeat this over and over. I understand what it is for... usually back ordered items. I have nothing on order or back order. I have asked but never a response. They suck.

Disgusted with this scam business. Ordered a "available" radiator online. 2 days later email says back ordered. I call to see what's going on and they tell me it is on back order for a month. I go back online, same part number on their website and it says "available". I imagine now that's how they decide to do business... Get your money then tell you it's on back order but it is "available" when they get it in stock. Buyer beware! I gave them a 1 star only because negative stars were not an option.

I'm just writing to let everyone know Ecklers was bought out by a new company. They got rid of Cartouche completely. Just be aware at delays and changes. No one knows what's coming next.

Rip-off, be aware!

I have been trying for several months to get my money back for paid and afterwards canceled items order because they were out of stuck. The Eckler's even created fake invoices and sent them to my bank which is resolving dispute charge. Daylight robbery number 1!

Sent the wrong steering rack(their mistake) car sat in shop for 1 month. Pushed in out. Beebe cracked t top
Lied and hung up on me... ended up buy second steering rack... had already purchased electric fans. Still in warranty... because of return problems and lies... will end up buying a new fan at another store. The staff is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 63 yes on the planet

Very slow
June 8, 2020

Ordered rubber oil hoses for a 62 bel air 6cyl, they sent metal lines for a 58 V8. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get it solved. I had to ship parts back and pay the shipping even though they admitted it was their mistake. I re ordered the hose May 17th, still have not received them, tracked my order and they are to be shipped June 22 (over a month after ordering). Very poor service.

Total fraud
August 23, 2022

Ordered a coolant recovery tank for a 84 Camaro on 8/12 that was listed as in stock and received an oder confirmation number via email at 12:27pm. At 1:34 pm I received another email telling me I still had an item in my cart. Card had already been charged for the part and the order had already been completed. Again, another email at the same time on the 13th and again on the 16th. Today is the 23rd and no part. No answer from support, just the standard canned reply. This place is a total fraud and scam. Next step is to file a complaint with the Florida AG and the BBB. Thankfully it was only $39, but how many people gave they soaked for more? Time to shut the place down for good. Break out the torches and pitchforks!

Terrible customer service. I never got my order and nobody knows where it is, I keep calling but nobody answer my calls. If you don't believe me, then try to call their customer service. If you get to talk to someone in less than 30 minutes then, you're lucky. Buy at West Coast Corvette, these are great and serious companies.
Update: I finally received the parts which turned to be the wrong ones (because of confusing pictures on their website). I sent the parts back and got a refund. Worst exerience buying parts. Now I stick to West Coast Corvette. They have the best prices and service ever.

They have horrendous customer service and staff. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. I purchased an item on Sept 11th I took them over 3weeks to tell me they don't make the part any longer. It's been 2 weeks now and still waiting on my refund.

So far I've returned everything I've purchased from Ecklers. First the power seat switches were garbage. Toggles were very loose and wouldn't move the seats. I ended up buying a used rack of switches from a Corvette salvage for my '89. Second I ordered a pair of wiper blades they advertised as fitting 1984 thru 1996. I took one out of the bag and the hole was too large to put on the wiper arm pin. I email them back requesting a return shipping label and they refused to send one. I will never give Ecklers another dime. False advertisements and they stick you with the return shipping. I'll stick with Zip Corvette and to hell with Ecklers.

Terrible Customer Service
February 15, 2017

Ask if the item is in stock. If it is to be drop shipped from the manufacturer insist on an expected delivery date. Customer Service is clueless, and will tell you to "wait several days", and if no response to call back at which time they will tell you the same thing. That's after you wit 10-15 minutes to talk to someone.

Purchased a jacket for my wife's birthday. I ordered a jacket with a C4 corvette logo and got a jacket that says grand sport on the front and back, not what was pictured below. Called to ask why the picture didn't match the product. They didn't know. WTF
