Ecklers has the worst customer service i have ever know you cant ever contact any one by phone the put on hold for ever i will use summit racing or classis industries for parts

I called to make sure I was getting endurashine intake and carb kit like the pic showed and was guaranteed it to be just like the pic and when I got it it was not endurashine it was regular matte finish an waited weeks losing money promised I was going to get taken care of and at the end of the day I got scammed so be careful they lie and I would never recommend buying anything from any of ecklers company does this look like endurashine no
I ordered an electrical door switch for my Corvette. Of course they except my credit card payment right away but unfortunately I never get the part. I call customer service several times, where I waited on hold over 2 hours every time! When you get someone finally, you get a run around, then I am informed on 3rd call that the part is in backorder from an outside vender. So I proceed to cancel order... Again, hear nothing back regarding my refund. I finally get an email back stating that my refund would be processed between 5-7 business days. Great right... not so fast, its been over 2 weeks and no refund. I call e-mail the employee that sent me the message regarding my refund, of course I get no response. I call his extension several times and guess what... he is not available every time (Must be bust not helping other customers). I call back and attempt to talk to someone else... apparently no one is available and then recording hangs up on you. For 2 hours their on hold company recording tells you about their award winning customer service... Thats a joke unless it's an award for being the WORST. Message also tells you they have high call volume (24x7 apparently)... Yea sure they do. They also push you to e-mail them instead of waiting on hold but good luck with that. They get back to you over 5 days later and leave a vague response that doesn't even answer your questions... Buyers Beware! Stay away from this company. There are right and wrong ways to run a business. Ecklers shows you exactly what not to do!

Highly disappointed with Eckler's. We had good interactions in the past for our classic cars and corvettes before they sold the company to new leadership prior to 2006. We called Eckler's directly to order an interior kit for our 1956 Chevy. The associate ordered the kit that they said that we needed after we told them what model we had. The kit arrived and was missing parts. We decided to try to move forward with what we had. The upholsterer put the front seat on and it was fine. He went to put the back seat on and it did not fit and had "dog ears" in the top corners and was too short. I contacted Eckler's and they said we as the customers ordered the wrong kit. We spent over $2,500 on this kit... the kit that they told us we needed. We have been fighting this to either get the right product or the refund for a year now. We have dealt with several representatives, two of which no longer work for the company. They asked us to send back the product and said it would be ok to send without the front seat. They said they would deduct the cost of the front seat from the kit. They said they would send return labels to us. We had four boxes to return. They sent us one shipping label. I had to contact them again to get three more return labels. That took another week to get three more labels. Then they told me they did not receive all four boxes. Luckily I saved my tracking numbers and provided them with the dates, times, and who received each box. They still to this date have not provided a refund and we are still fighting this. We sent back all boxes and items with exception of the front seat (which they agreed they would deduct from the refund). We still do not have the product and we are out the nearly $2,500 that we spent also. We have also been unable to enjoy our classic car for the past year. Eckler's are not classic car people. If they were, they would understand and have rectified the situation long ago. Nest step if we do not have a refund as promised by Wednesday is calling our credit card company and our lawyer. We've been more than patient. If you call a company to order something they should order the right items for you and ship the entire contents. We have missed three big car shows so far and may miss two more.
I purchased a L88 hood for my 1981 Corvette when it was delivered there was some problems with it and I actually did not like it it was too high. Since the box it came in was dispose of i decided to order the stinger hood and upon delivery i would return the L88 so i paid for the stinger hood and returned the L 88. Since then i have been trying to call customer service to see why i have not been credited back what a joke on hold for hours every time i call i sent them numerous e mails with a response saying i was not charged for the L 88 hood because the order was canceled! But yet my account was charged and hood delivered! This has been going on for a month or better no call nothing from ecklers customerservice! Be warned their customer service is a joke! Buy your corvette parts elsewhere! I will now have to get the attorney General and the better Business Bureau involved to get my 1300 plus dollars back! THANK YOU ECKLERS FOR YOR NON EXISTING CUSTOMERS SERVICE
I ordered a gas tank kit, "The Most Complete Kit on the Market". I was charged the full price for the kit.
Received All parts except the gas tank sending unit because it was back ordered. Nine months later, I receive an email letting me know that I need to pay them more money to received the part that I ordered and paid for in the previous year. My wife received an unpleasant call from their accounts receivable lady stating that I needed to pay them right away. When I get the message from my wife, I call them back and leave them a message stating my name and number and to ask them to call me back. Later on, I received an email stating that that I owed more money. So I gathered all the information showing my payment and emailed her back. After that I get a call saying how I still owed money and once again, I explained how it was already paid for. She then says she has to talk to her manager as she cuts me off every time I try to explain it in a way she will understand. I get a call the next day and she reiterates the exact same thing as the day before. I try once again to explain that the part has been paid for and tell her the date and the amount. She then says there was a refund issued on the back ordered part. I then say there was absolutely no refund issued and I know this because my credit card statements were in front of me. She then says she has to talk to a manager and hangs up on me. So I decide to try calling their spectacular customer service department. After being on hold for a half hour, Same person answers the phone that I have previously talked to. She sure didn't seem happy to talk to me again. As I am try once more to explain that it was already paid for and there was no refund issued, She then says we don't charge for backordered parts. That is a complete lie since I paid the full kit price plus shipping and tax. So she keeps cutting me off which is quite irritating. So I start asking her for my refund and I told that "I can order my part again and pay for it or get lost" and then I am hung up on again. If I were you, I would stay away from this company. They have horrendous customer service and they rip you off.
My husband ordered leaf springs for his 78 Nova and the install kit on 03/25/2021. We bought it at Ecklers because it said in stock. It was in fact, not in stock. Paid for install kit and 55.10 for shipping on 03/27/21. Got an email 03/31 that my shipment is delayed, ok, I get it. June I sent an email for an update. September I sent an email for an update. November I received a response that my leaf springs were now on back order but should get them soon. January 4th my husband passed away. On January 20th got an email that the springs were shipped. On February 3rd I sent an email asking it's whereabouts. I got an email on February 4th that the card on file was inactive, so I called and paid it. Got tracking. On February 17th I called asking it's location because tracking numbers weren't working. Was told by cs that they did not know what happened to them. He replaced it with another set and I got them that weekend. Upon inspection about 3-4 days later I noticed that they were in fact a totally different order number. My husband ordered for 68-79 nova 5 leaf spring set. What I received was 67-69 Camaro 5 leaf spring set. According to theirs website it will not fit. I have sent emails and hours on the phone with them. According to a customer service rep. That emailed today, they will fit and is having the listing updated to reflect that. The past 3 weeks I have sent numerous emails, and called countless times. Yesterday I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them. I have also sent a complaint to the BBB. This place is a joke. It is in no way a reliable source for auto parts or anything actually. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself the stress, it is NOT really in stock.

I made a dozen orders from them, half I had to cancel them and the other half had delays and problems.
First problem I buy the hood I'm waiting for the hood like 2 months to get to my house and then when it gets to my house is not a hood is a piece of box Cut and painting on black have proof of the first problem and pictures the second problem I had to wait another two weeks to gat the hood and then I take the hood to the shop so they can put it on my car and my car been there for 3 months so I have to pay overpayment for the waiting on the product and on my car to stay there and then I get a call from my mechanic saying that the product they made it it was bad it was missing an inch and the cuts from the size was wrong and I have been calling them and they only been telling me that the problem is that after buying aftermarket products I have to go to another shop and fix the hood and when I get a call from them so what they're telling me that I have to pay overpayment and fix their problem but they shouldn't done in the first place the hood and now I have to find another they said to me that those Hood come with problems already they should have told me since the beginning when I bought the products they don't say anything on the description about any problem on the hood DO NOT BUY FROM Ecklers.com
I would never recommend Ecklers to anyone who wants to purchase automotive parts. Ecklers used to be a good company, but apparently they have fallen under the 'leadership' of some of the most incompetent people in any industry. During the first week of September 2021 they went through a systems change and the consequences of it are perhaps enough to bury this company. I ordered a part for my car 10 days ago. Ecklers managed to send the part to their own company! I called to ask about the status of the order and was assured that they had corrected things and the part would be sent to me and was actually on its way. It was a complete lie! And I was told this lie by two different people within customer service.
I ultimately was working with a case manager and even he was not able to provide any real assistance. Imagine a company's ordering system being so screwed up for a week and a half and how many thousands of orders must have been impacted! I also ordered another parts kit which contained multiple parts and a key part was missing from the kit. Do you think they would have bothered to tell me in advance that the part was backordered? Heck no, it never crossed their minds! I guess they just wanted to surprise my shop when they opened the box. You would also think it would have crossed their minds to run a parallel ordering system and ensure the new system was functionally operational before taking down the old one! But they clearly never properly tested the new system. Who DOES such crummy work?! Thank God they don't make airplane engines.
The best thing this company could do is get rid of its entire IT department because they are incompetent to the point of endangering the entire company. Heads should also roll at the top for the fiasco they oversaw with the new, dysfunctional system. Accountability would be welcomed here.
I emailed the CEO, President, head of HR and head of IT in my complaint email. I don't expect a response from any of them because they don't give a damn about their customers in reality. My guess is they are handsomely paid for the destruction they bring upon their own organization. I will never use this company again because they simply cannot be trusted to do the right thing and this has caused huge headaches for myself and I know for many, many others! FIND A BETTER PARTS VENDOR and save yourself a huge headache!
