Easy but you cannot trust them. They will tell you a different story (lies) every time you call. Worst customer service ever!

Legit buisness that why after spending as much as i had that they would jerk me around over this small amount of dhipping. And again its not the money its the principle of it

Easy to get a hold of, but they are useless at providing any actual service.

Hold of customer service is not so bad like to get manager on the phone. Customer service associates are helpless.

If you want to wait 40 min on hold then no problem

Emails take forever for a response but don't count on any resolutions in your favor if they screw up an online order. You will be stuck with the return shipping. Better call and place your order instead of online.
