I ordered parts for a 69 mustang, they send the wrong parts so I called them and Shakina said to send them the parts back they would pay the shipping. I send them back and now they say the shipping is not covered, I have an email to prove that they said they would cover shipping (@ $65.00). Too big to care, a long time on the phone and emails, seems nobody knows who their peers are. Shame on you Eklers you lost a customer even though you don't care

I called regarding a part for my Vette priced at $314.99 at Ecklers. I found a competitor with the same part at $219.99. After giving info regarding matching the price, and being put on hold, was told that they don't have the part in stock (They did) that they couldn't honor the price match... I said "I guess I'll buy the part elswhere) and he said "Fine" and hung up on me. Ecklers just lost a customer that has been ordering many parts lately and still need several more thousand $$ worth.

The worst company

2 of the 5 parts i ordered would not fit my corvette took me hours and found out the straps were way to short.The sending unit gasket had the wrong bolt pattern total junk.

Buyer Beware

Be careful buying from this business. They show items "In Stock" that they don't have. A few days later you'll get an email advising your part is back ordered and 10+ weeks till delivery.

Terrible service, ordered Cap, rotor, wires, plugs as a KIT, was charged and no e-mail that it shipped, so called a week later and rep said order being held up because they were 1 spark plug short and no idea when they would get it, were never going to contact me, WHO is running this s**t company

Wish I never ordered parts from Ecklers. Took 4 hours to get someone on phone only to find out they out source orders to different vendors which they can't reach to find order status. I'm in limbo on if or when I will receive my parts. I will purchase else where in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN COMPANY. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. On to yelp website to give them a yelp.

I placed an order and never received an email confirming the order or giving tracking #'s. The first box arrives and is damaged by our dog. I put the dog in his kennel when I know packages are coming. I call customer service and ask for tracking info, they tell me they will email it right out when my other items ship. Two days later two more packages arrive and the same thing happens. I call customer service and they promise to send and email with tracking info. 1 week later the last package arrives and is damaged along with the product inside this time, over $230 of weather stripping. Now I'm mad and call them back and their person says there is no record of me ever calling prior to this. What kind of place is this that they can't email me a tracking number or order info. They still email me promotions every day that are useless since 90% of the items you actually need are exempt from promotions. I'll take my business elsewhere. Stay away from Eckler's. Customer #*******-000 if you want to try and make this right.

SALESMAN AT ECKLER'S TITUSVILLE WAREHOUSE LOCATION NAMED "STEVE" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE! RUDE, CURT, ANAL ATTITUDE! THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE S#IT CANNED! TOOK MY LARGE ORDER THEN MANUALLY CANCELLED IT TO DELIVER TO MY HOME ADDRESS RE-ENTERED NEWER TRACKING DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE IN FLORIDA! SCAMMER COMPANY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD! I WOULD ADD PHOTOS HOWEVER I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS!

Don't buy from Ecklers! They lost my first order, and I had an order number! Then, it took several days to get it cancelled and re-order the item. Then, after no communication from them, I called 5 days later to see why my 2nd order hadn't shipped, and I was told it was on back order for two months. I decided to wait the two months because their description stated that is was made to the exact specifications of the original, by the original supplier to GM.

The part was finally delivered after waiting two months and it WAS NOT to the exact specifications as the original. They also had the part on sale when I finally received it, but wouldn't honor the sale price. Do yourself a big favor and buy from Amazon, EBay, RockAuto, Corvette Central, Southern Auto Parts, or several other quality companies that will take care of you. Ecklers doesn't deserve your money, and you'll get better treatment elsewhere.

I received my order promptly and don't have a problem with the product. A month after receiving the order, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $3.66 with a RED PAST DUE stamped in the middle of the page. I paid through PAYPAL the total due at time of check out. I order online all the time and have never received an addition bill in the mail from a company, I feel this is such a scam, the representative I spoke to blamed it on PAYPAL and there tax collection system, however before I received the bill in the mail, I had placed another order through them which did not have any issues with improper tax collection through PAYPAL. Never have I seen this from any other company I have dealt with. I will not do business with them again, sadly over $3.66.

Isn't it amazing how no one answers for help with a return -- tried for two days -waiting up to 30 minutes on the phone without any sign of help. The priority should be to take care of a customer like myself that has bought for over 20 years from them. NOT ANYMORE WILL NEVER BUY FROM ECKLERS AGAIN

Placed an order on the 26th- it was shipped the 27th. Checked on it via USPS tracking- and the package was floating around Atlanta- then for some unknown reason ended back at Eckler's in Florida! So I thought a phone call would be best to sort/ figure out what happened.

OK- the hold was long- but be real- you work on your car- paint the bedroom- read a book- and have the phone by your side no big deal. BTW - have you been to a restaurant lately- you have to wait there too- especially if the food is any good!

Kathleen A. Picked up the phone- I told her the issue- she said she'd investigate- extremely apologetic and said she get back to me by the end of the day. I received an email at the end of the day - she is still looking into it - will get back at it in the morning.

Next day I received a call around lunchtime- problem is solved - and it'll be on my doorstep in a few days thanks to Fedex. What more can you ask for?

I placed an email order with Eckler Industries (2603 Challenger Tech Ct., Suite 110, Orlando FL *******) in the amount of $108.25. Days passed without getting a confirmation email of the order being received. I then decided to call to ensure the order was, in fact, received. I spent a ridiculous amount of time (HOURS!) on the phone being handed off to people to finally be told they had not received the order and that they were going to place it right then (Order number *******0001). A few days later, I receive the items in the mail. Then a few days after that, I receive the same items again. When I called the company and explained they sent me a second order (and charged me for it) they said I could mail it back and get a refund but I would have to pay shipping (which was $20.00 according to their original charge). I was absolutely willing to take my personal time to mail the items back but I was not going to pay the shipping! I did not order two shipments, it was due to their lack of organization and accuracy that let to their error. I had already sacrificed so much of my time dealing with this company. However they were totally unwilling to resolve their mistake and were not helpful at all.

Ten different answers

Do not use eklers for your corvette purchases. I ordered an exhaust sytem which I was told would take 4 to six weeks to be delivered. When I checked on my order I was told it would take 8 to ten weeks to be delivered. When I canceled my order I was told it woud take two to three buisness days for my account to be credited. Another lie then I was told 4 to 10 buisness days. I waited on the phone almost an hour to get a customer service rep. I am never using eklers any more.

Do NOT do any business with this company. If you have a problem or return or cancel an order THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! They will LIE to you and say you will get your money in 5 to 7 days and it never gets done. I have been lied to 3 times so far and have waited a MONTH to get my refund back to my VISA credit card. It still has not been refunded.

Lost my buisness
November 1, 2019

After spending over 3 thousand dollars ove a period of 2.5 months i purchased a front bumper that fit pooly and called in for a return, no problems, Order a much higher one fit great but when it came to making it right in my shiping cost they fell short. Lost my buisness over $60 or $70. I restore many older corvettes so in the long run it will cost em. But short story is very bad buisness on their part. Just purchaces a ste of glass t tops from one of their competitors $1274. 00 they could have made had they made it right on s small amount of shipping. I would say buyer beware an shop somwhere online that will appriciate your buisness. There are many others selling quality vette parts. I acctualy saved $155.00 on the glass t tops from one of their competitors. As a shop owner i urge to shop around.
