I ordered a part, it doesn't work on the vehicle they said it would. I'm sitting here waiting for customers service on hold, 61 minutes right now. They have a high call volume, they probably have one person. I sent an email, they said they would have someone contact me in 5 days. Sent one to a different site, tech service, 2 days for a response.
Pretty much "zero" customer service, don't think they care at all about the customer.

They scheduled a pickup, didn't show, didn't call. Text the next morning seeing if they could pick up. They did, they packed it in a truck, packed it temporarily for movement to the warehouse, they packed it so it would take up an additional 300 cubic ft, they charged me an additional $1300. The total shipment was less than 300 cubic ft, I have pictures of the shipment before they took off the restraining straps to show the criminal behavior of this cheating company. They refused to leave a bill of lading which is in violation of federal law. They would not give me a delivery date, I asked numerous times, it took them 23 days to get to the delivery point, called 15 minutes out for delivery. They don't unload until they get their extortion money. These are crooks, they lie cheat and will steal from you. I have a box missing and a broken tv stand, they will not return messages or calls, do not use these crooks, you will be screwed!
