I order a gaming motherboard for my new pc build but when it used it the PC didn't any ethernet connection whatsoever it wouldn't even recognise that the pc has ethernet and then after updating everything that was recommended it didn't boot up. In the process of sending it back for a replacement hopefully goes well.
Having ordered a £400 laptop from ebuyer, it was dispatched the next day. I waited in all day to receive the parcel and was told by yodel at 7pm that they could not deliver it. I found out that the delivery driver went 23 miles away from my property and tried to deliver there, and the parcel was never scanned back into the depot - the driver stole my parcel. Ebuyer have some of the worst customer service i have ever come across and are trained in simply saying sorry. Having reordered the laptop and paid for secure next day delivery for an additional £10, Yodel have once again now lost my parcel, and ebuyer are once again saying there is nothing they can do until they can contact yodel - clearly run by complete idiots who arent even able to contact their courier. I have also lost an additional £80 because i have had to be the one to phone yodel given that ebuyer are incapable of doing so themselves. No reimbursement, no compensation, nothing. Disgraceful company and service.
I ordered the item on weekend (I paid extra charge for the next working day delivery)
I didn't got on Monday because of Ebuyer.
I didn't got on Tuesday because the courier (Yodel because the Ebuyer wanted save money on me).
I didn't got on Wednesday because Ebuyer office.
They offered me (after I had to call them!) again a next day delivery.
Ridiculous company!
When i place the order i select the correct address, after the order placed they change the address. Then i chat contact customer service (Laura) to change address they talking very rude and disconnect the chat.
Very very bad experience. I never seen like this customer service in my life time

Preordered a 3080 on release day. Heard nothing, had no update whatsoever until getting an email that things should ship by the end of October. Rang up and now its apparently November, no update, nothing. Customer service consists of 20-somethings who claim their manager isnt customer facing.
Zero accountability. Money extraction engine. I cannot reccomend their website anymore, despite doing so for years.

Yodel couldn't deliver my item god knows why but it's yodel so whatever. Ebuyer CS is shocking get told different things from different people and they can't seem to refund me so I've had to go thought my credit card company so I need to deal with that now just glad I did do it on my credit card so I'm cover from another web scam site
Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a laptop last week as a 60th birthday gift for my father, chose the following Wednesday to have it delivered as I would be home! Still waiting for it three days later! Asked to speak with a manager! Girl at their call centre wouldn't let me! Said I have to wait another 24 h for any sort of answer! Also lied and said they had attempted to deliver it but because my house is hard to find they couldn't! I live in a semi detached house on a main road! All lies! Disgusting service all round!
I bought a Ricoh Aficio SG2100N from you early this year. I could not use it because it was not wha I ordered. But all attempt to reach you for a return failed. You just dumped a faulty printer on me. I am reluctantly trying to use it now and found out a lot is wrong with it. Purchased some ram (32gb ddr4) When all 4 sticks were in the computer wouldn't boot so Ebuyer told me to send the faulty pack back to them and as soon as they received it they would send a replacement out. I got the email to say they had received it and now 5 days later still no sign of any replacement being sent out.
This is the second time I've had issues with faulty items and the lies they tell you on the phone.
Called them today to see if there was any update with my replacement and the person who spoke to me was like a broken record and was very patronising I think they need to send their staff on some sort of customer service training.
I no longer have any confidence in this company and they don't even deserve 1 star.

Apparently i placed an order a week ago and i was supposed to get it by today.
I called customer support and i was told that i am going to get it by today 6pm and that i need to wait a bit longer to make sure that i am going to get it. Something that never happened.
Apart from that there were no tracking details because my order was dispatched by a third party company.
On top of that the delivery company was not supplying me with any details about the reason why i didnt get my order and that it will be delivered to me another day.
All of the above without notifying me (I had to make more than 3 calls to you and 2 to dpd) and having ebuyer saying that it is going to be delivered.
This is totally unacceptable especially for a 940 pounds order

After refreshing like a mad man to secure myself an RTX 3080 on launch day, I successfully placed an order around 15 minutes after release. Since then, I've had no real update from Ebuyer (aside from the general "end of November" reply). They've taken £700 of my money, and they can't even tell me what position I am in the queue.
Today, a friend who also ordered the same product, but 1 week later received theirs. If you check online, other people are echoing the same issue. So, eBuyer aren't adhering to a queue, holding people's money, and refusing to give any meaningful update?
I'm normally quite patient, but when I see people who ordered a week after me, receiving their orders, that's quite unfair. In hindsight I should've gone with a reputable seller such as OCUK or Scan, that was my mistake, I definitely won't be using Ebuyer again in the future.

Worst possible experience from any company in my life.
Brought a 65 inch for Christmas from ebuyer to open it Christmas Day to found it completely broken. After contacting them they responded 9 days after due to Christmas holidays to tell me I should have contacted them sooner and leaving the blame on me and accusing me of breaking the tv and not helping me one bit after multiple emails back and fourth, after expressing my stress and anger towards them they finally responded saying they would get someone to collect it which took a whole another month of me CONTACTING THEM for it to happen. After two months of this stressful and damaging time they told me the tv I wanted was out of stock. I am still wanting till this day for the refund I ordered this product in November

I purchased a NAS from Ebuyer which was faulty, this was returned after raising an RMA and was returned back to Ebuyer through their appointed courier.
Over a week later they still haven't looked at the item. After speaking with the customer service advisor on 24th June I was told this would be processed by 26th June, knowing that Ebuyer are closed over the weekend I phoned at 3.30 on the 26th to check the status of this return/refund only to be told that there is a delay in processing all returns and they cannot give me an estimated timeframe for this to be resolved.
I find it funny how when on hold they tell you that in a recent survey 98% of customers said they would shop with Ebuyer again. I assume that none of them have had the misfortune of having to return anything.

I ordered a PS5 from them in September. They said it would be delivered 19 September. After chasing them, I find out today that they aren't shipping my item and that they took more pre-orders than they have in inventory.
This company isn't legit like a high street store and I wouldn't trust them. Poor communications. Misleading order information and website. Don't trust them and go to a real reputable store that people have actually heard of.

I ordered a ps4 for my son's birthday. That afternoon I get an email for a security check. I phoned and answered all of their questions and was told to check emails for updates. I contacted them on live check the following day and was told the same. Minutes later I get an email telling me I have to scan my passport or driving licence or my order will be cancelled. I am now actually worried I have been scammed. I look at my account and it's now inactive. My order is cancelled according to an email a few mins later. I contact on live chat to be told they sent email for id and until I send scanned documents my order will remain cancelled. I have no scanner so this is not an option. Now I've got to wait for money back to buy the gift. I only have 1 star as there was no option to give none.

First time ordering for this company and last! Been keeping my eye on the ironwolf pro 10tb for £299.99 for 2 months putting a little away as I wanted 2 of them. So yesterday i put my order in coming to £615.00 with next day delivery within a hour my order got cancelled. Called PayPal and found out it wasn't them and that it was the company that cancelled my order with no reason. I call them up and they said they will get back to me. Then next day (today) I go to the website and the price has gone up and extra £35 each. They still can't tell my why my order was cancelled and I've got to wait 7 days to get my money back. I will never use this company again. I just wanted to pass this on as a warning to what this company does to it's new customers

Terrible customer service. Higher chance of getting blood out of a stone than any form of communication out of this company. I was a long term customer they have lost my loyalty. Won't purchase from them again. I cannot recommend this company when there are other companies who do the exact same thing but better. The hardware I purchased never arrived and I AM HAVING TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SCAM. I was forced to wait 21 days for paypal to give me money back ebuyer tried to scam me by telling me to cancel the paypal case before they would give me a refund. Never cancel a paypal case for a refund the purpose of a case is to receive a full refund! If you cancel a case you may not get a full refund or any refund at all. No voluntary refund I have to squeeze it out of them. Never received item.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have used ebuyer for years for my I. T. equipment but NEVER again.
I placed an order for next day delivery and ebuyer messed up the address on their system. Yodel who I would have expected to mess things up offered to change the address and still deliver it but ebuyer refused to let them unless I paid them £10.
Because I wouldn't pay the £10 they have told Yodel to send them the good back.
I can't even have a refund until they get it back and have scanned it back to their warehouse.
So I have basically paid for something that I cannot even have because I won't pay more.
To add insult to injury I needed to item for tomorrow and now I can't use it I have lost a job which has cost me over £1,000.
So be warned this company do not care and it's clear they have got too big over the years and do not care about customer relations or retention.

Bought a Cherry Strait 3.0 Keyboard from them, bought Cherry based on my past experience of a quality premium branded product back in the 90's of building computers, however after just 3 months use, this keyboard stopped working, Ebuyer response was to ring the supplier on some international call, no help from Ebuyer whatsoever, no sense from Cherry UK either, they couldn't care less, even when quoting consumer law to them, they still refused to help, now I have a keyboard going in the bin, because Ebuyer don't want to help me. Thankfully, I haven't bought a great deal of my PC build from them, I certainly will not be buying anything else from them, at least with my local computer supplier, I can actually talk to someone who helps, your returns procedure also sucks, having no way of finding the product I bought to initiate a return on it. In these times, companies need to encourage buyers to spend their money, not drive customers away...
