Would give them 0stars for customer service ordered a gpu paid for next day delivery and wasn't dispatched was told I would get the delivery refunded but that never happened. Do not care once they have your money no phone call to say it's been delayed that's all it would take to keep your customers happy especially when charging over rrp for a gpu
I purchased 2 laptops for my elderly mother and young nephew to use to be able to keep in touch with me as I don't live in the country. I only recently found out that one is faulty and the other does not work at all. When I contacted them I was palmed off to the manufacturer because they only offer a 30 warranty. What a cop out, I had used the service a lot when I lived in the UK and they had been great but this is ludicrous, a 30 day warranty is a piss take for a re-seller.

Delivery very efficient, unfortunately wrong colour of product...
Instead of remedying the problem, started inferring error was mine, before conceding their error.
The big downside is their returns "procedure" whereby their carrier Yodel will only give a 13 hour pick up window - any time between 8am and 9pm, coupled with the threat that if the pick up is missed then its your problem to rearrange the return...
That alone will ensure I never put myself in their hands again, and in my opinion is very short sighted as their delivery, using the same company's XL division, was exemplary.

They cancelled my order for a ridiculous reason.
I was not able to use a different address for delivery and billing, since I was going to use a freight service which would forward the product to me. Apparently this was not acceptable to them and they only let me know after 5 days and 3 emails I had sent them - and then just cancelled my order.

Ordered a computer for next day delivery and paid extra for it. They failed to deliver it the next day.
When it arrived we opened the box and realised we'd ordered the wrong model and returned it. They are now saying because we opened the box we can not return the item.
I would be very wary ordering from here. The terms are very unfair. I have never heard anything like it, no other retailer I have used would refuse to refund under these circumstances.
They are now sending us back an unused item that they failed to deliver on time because we opened the box. Never heard anything like it! Avoid and buy from somewhere with a fair returns policy.

I made an order for £350 but didn't receive an order confirmation but saw the money was taken out of account.
I contracted customer services who told me to wait an hour. Several hours later and still no confirmation so I wnt back to them only be told the order didn't go through and they'd pass on the issue to payments. In the meantime the product was now out of stock and there was nothing they could do.
Perfect service every time from the Customer and Technical Support teams! This time I needed a laptop to go back to university with and everyone was so helpful along the way. Now I have a perfect laptop to help me with my studies. Thank you Ebuyer!
They were not interested in providing the missing 1TB hard drive, an essential item, that should have been in the case and the PC arrived with ZERO packaging materials internally or externally. It was an amazement that the thing actually worked and wasn't damaged during delivery. Purchase from them at you peril as they refuse to honour what you have paid for when they have messed up. I have been using them for 15 years, can no longer trust them...

Bought a router from them which looked like it was supposed to work with BT broadband, turns out it doesnt, asked for an RMA to send back and did so, only then to find out they charge a 20% restocking fee! Absolutely shocking behavior, no other company i know charges a re-stocking fee and i was under the impression this was outlawed a few years back, even the girl i was on chat with clearly had an attitude problem and looks like they get this a lot. Certainly wont be using Ebuyer again.

Terrible company to deal with, do not buy anything from them as they will not support their end users for warranty claim unless your name is on the receipt.
I received a graphics card as a gift and unfortunately, after 10 months the graphics card failed.
I contacted Ebuyer with the receipt and explained the situation and confirmed I have the receipt and received the item as a gift.
Ebuyer refused to help with warranty as my name was not on the receipt and as I did not order the graphics card Ebuyer did not have to honor the warranty or help with contacting the supplier for warranty.
Terrible customer service! If you are buying a gift, do not use Ebuyer as they will be unwilling to help the person you have gifted the item to if it has any problems in future.

Sent a PC back for a refund and Ebuyer arranged the courier and I paid for this.
Was assured the item was covered by insurance and that any loss or damage would be covered.
ParcelForce damaged the item on route back to Ebuyer for a refund and now Ebuyer are saying they cannot help!
Total lies from the beginning and would advise against using Ebuyer or ParcelForce for that matter.
It has also taken me weeks of chasing for a refund for this information.

Ebuyer's customer service is down there with some of the worst. Difficult to get in contact with, slow when you do. Always providing you with false promises just to get rid of you. Will just use Amazon for future orders.

Yodel said they had called and left a card, 3 times. No cards left. Then they said I had refused parcel. I've not met Yodel deliveries. Yodel contacted and they claim the wrong name on parcel? Contacted e-buyer, and its if I've made it all up. Just no empathy.

Absolute joke of a company, customer service and complaints department have the worse trained employees working for them and couldn't give a single care for anything other than repeating themselves with a script given to them. I purchased a PC and within one month it had stopped working. Tried to arrange a return and customer service kept emailing saying that I have to contact the manufacturer to arrange for a repair! Really BAD at everything they do - particularly any form of basic customer service. They ignore emails, they ignore phone calls, their supposed account managers introduce another layer of frustration - been waiting for an order for over a week, all paid for, with next day delivery - their courier Yodel (just as bad) claim they tried three times to deliver, but they confirmed that the driver's GPS was nowhere near each time - they say that the parcel has been returned to ebuyer - we're still waiting for contact from them - sent 24 emails over the last week and not one has been responded to - we won't use them again!

Bought laptop to apply for job.
Went to use it and it taken 45 mins to turn on so used my phone as it was slow slow.
Sent it back and apparently there is no fault and it was sent back. Ironically I was asked if I wanted refund before I sent it back but I said just send me new one first.
Instead they have sent old one back and said it's policy and I can't do anything about it. I said I would not accept it back in house and the manager said it will be sent back to them, stored for 90 days then destroyed and she then said, I would have no computer and no money refunded. Warning! Do not use ebuyer. First and last time, never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment. Avoid people!

Paid £464 cleared payment to them for next day delivery on rack equipment. They never tried to deliver, called them 5 times, and each time they say they can't refund or re-deliver, they try to fob off every time. The last few times the girl on the phone gets angry at me! And basically cuts off the line. It's been three weeks since I gave the money and now they ignore me and the only option is to report to MasterCard as fraud. Don't do what I did... NEVER PAY THEM ANY MONEY!

The delivery will intentionally miss you and propose an uncomfortable date for next delivery. They will then scam you of your money and the item will never be delivered. Avoid them.
Ordered and paid for an Acer all in one desktop PC and external DVD drive. (paid via Paypal)
Both items were delivered next day as per order.
The pc was found to be faulty on opening - wireless keyboard and mouse did not function, unable to run setup.
EBuyer tech support contacted, who agreed the PC was faulty and arranged the collection and return.
Both items were collected the next day by eBuyer selected courier on Wednesday 20th January 2021.
Still waiting for my refund - 3rd February 2021.
No reply to my emails.
Never again.
