Bought a Cherry Strait 3.0 Keyboard from them, bought Cherry based on my past experience of a quality premium branded product back in the 90's of building computers, however after just 3 months use, this keyboard stopped working, Ebuyer response was to ring the supplier on some international call, no help from Ebuyer whatsoever, no sense from Cherry UK either, they couldn't care less, even when quoting consumer law to them, they still refused to help, now I have a keyboard going in the bin, because Ebuyer don't want to help me. Thankfully, I haven't bought a great deal of my PC build from them, I certainly will not be buying anything else from them, at least with my local computer supplier, I can actually talk to someone who helps, your returns procedure also sucks, having no way of finding the product I bought to initiate a return on it. In these times, companies need to encourage buyers to spend their money, not drive customers away...
