Bought a Cherry Strait 3.0 Keyboard from them, bought Cherry based on my past experience of a quality premium branded product back in the 90's of building computers, however after just 3 months use, this keyboard stopped working, Ebuyer response was to ring the supplier on some international call, no help from Ebuyer whatsoever, no sense from Cherry UK either, they couldn't care less, even when quoting consumer law to them, they still refused to help, now I have a keyboard going in the bin, because Ebuyer don't want to help me. Thankfully, I haven't bought a great deal of my PC build from them, I certainly will not be buying anything else from them, at least with my local computer supplier, I can actually talk to someone who helps, your returns procedure also sucks, having no way of finding the product I bought to initiate a return on it. In these times, companies need to encourage buyers to spend their money, not drive customers away...
So as usual ebuyer don't know their $#*! from their elbow, 2 orders both cancelled, both part of their black friday and cyber monday deals, claim no stock, yet took payment, now a 3-5 day wait on a refund for a order that should have never been charged.
Would suggest anyone to order elsewhere even if the price is more, as the customer service and sheer shoddy operation of this business will leave you with nothing but issues.

I ordered a laptop it was supposed to be next day delivery after several phone calls them promising me they would get back to me and never doing so. I had waited a week before cancelling as it seems the delivery company hadnt come back to them ( I presume they had lost it) only to be told I will not get a refund until they get the laptop back from Yodel as you can imagine I have very little faith it has been 6 days since I have cancelled and 13 days since my original order date still no refund and still no update my contract was with you not Yodel and I should not be penalised for your choice of poor delivery company

Had a few queries on an order, received some brilliant customer service over the phone. Really helpful and friendly! Would definitely use Ebuyer again in the future!
Terrible returns policy, Items delivered fault, however only became apparent after the few days required before returns can be accepted £1000's out of pocket, absolutely ripped off.

Be careful what you buy from these awful people and check their warranty, it's only good for 6 months for a refund or replacement and even then I've read of others getting refused within 6 months. Just search ebuyer 6 months warranty and see the horror stories.
I wished I checked before buying from there. I got a pitiful partial refund after I sent an item in for a minor repair only which was clearly discussed with them, or replacement if need be. They had no intention of repairing or replacing and immediately spat out an awfully low partial refund without any consultation and refuse point blank to return me the item.
What I was sent:
"As per our terms and conditions and in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as
This item is over 6 months old you will only qualify for a proportionate refund
Of the original purchase price. Therefore we are unable to issue a replacement
As initially requested. "
So be very careful what you buy from here, if you have to return through ebuyer they will take great pleasure shafting you in any way they can.

All things I've ordered came in unsealed boxes, the 3 free games campaign offered on the site was not mentioned anymore by the retailer or any docs regarding it, the display had a faulty DisplayPort out of the box, the returns line took 30 minutes to answer, the site only allowed to start the return process at the 3rd try, if the courier doesn't get the return at first try they charge 10 pounds for next try, if they don't find the fault, they charge you... do I need to go on? SHOCKING.
Ordered a new gaming PC - next day delivery - was supposed to come thursday, No Contact, No tracking information - just a helpful "special arranagements have been made - contact us for more information".
Contacted Ebuyer customer support (Jessica) - who told me because it was so expensive, it would be shipped on a pallet and would come friday. Come friday lunchtime - still no Email or Tracking info on website, so contact them again - i'm now told because its the "holiday weekend" it wont come until TUESDAY.
Does it HURT to keep your customers informed or something?
I've been using Ebuyer as my go to for PC parts and electronics for the past few years now, and will continue to do so! Great prices, fast delivery, and amazingly helpful staff!

AVOID - Ebuyer listed the item as NEW but the item sent was RECONDITIONED. Ebuyer blamed Amazon for the error even though it was listed and fulfilled by Ebuyer. They didn't even respond to my offer an exchange when requested and just refunded me without notice. Their after sales customer service is truly awful - Do not make the same mistake I did and purchase your item elsewhere.

Rude unhelpful customer service Will never buy from Ebuyer again! I ordered a number of items and received an order confirmation email. Later on, i then received an order cancellation even though i did not cancel the order. I then tried to login and my account was locked. I contacted ebuyer via telephone and spoke to a very unhelpful, unapologetic and quite frankly rude woman who just said that she would contact the relevant team and get back to me via email later today. I then phoned back hours later as there was no further communication and spoke to another agent who simply informed me that he was waiting for a response and would get back to me. I was promised resolution by the end of today but alas, no communication and when i tried to phone them back this evening, there was an automated message stating the lines were closed before the official closing time. I even asked over the phone "So should i just go to a competitor to give them my business as you've cancelled my order and locked me out my account incorrectly" and he said "That's up to you". In summary, this is exactly what i will do.

Bought a faulty Asus b150m pro gaming matx motherboard refused to do anything even send for repair apparently they are not a repair company yet Asus said to contact them for a repair or send back also waited a day for a call back never even happened they also said I sent pictures and tried to fit the board utter lies for selling faulty products never use them not trust worthy its just about money to them

I ordered a product a week ago with next day delivery. I have had nothing but issues in someone being able to update the status of my order. It still says estimated delivery Wednesday 6th May. I have e-mailed Ebuyer for an update and no one is able to speak to me. I have rang customer services, no problem being on hold for 35 minutes, however, the call just ended suddenly. Live chat no look either.
I have never been so frustrated dealing with a company. Yodel the courier are so unreliable and have caused major issues. The problem is that Ebuyer do not reassure you that they will solve the issue! No proactive approach to even solve the issue and that they are "waiting for Yodel". Typical passing the book trait. The lack of communication is frustrating.
Please save yourselves the stress of ordering through Ebuyer, i fall under the 2% of "customers" that will not be using Ebuyer in the future. Spend slightly more with a reliable courier and other reputable company to ensure you actually receive your delivery.

DO NOT USE EBUYER. After having paid for next day delivery the product was delayed. Upon calling they confirmed there was an internal issue and pushed the order through. The product never came even though it was marked down as delivered. There was never any proof of delivery provided and they are unwilling to provide a refund. £114.38 including next day delivery FOR NOTHING. DO NOT USE EBUYER.
I ordered two items, (a motherboard and ram) when the ram was 'delivered' only an empty envelope was delivered, with no product inside. This was confirmed by my concierge, as it wasn't directly delivered to me. They refused to accept responsibility even though the envelope clearly had not been sealed correctly, there were no tears, glue marks nothing. It took a long time for them to come to this conclusion, so as they hadn't delivered my entire order or refunded me, I wished to return the other part of the order, the motherboard. However, even though THEY took took too long to investigate, they refused a return on that as well. They are SCUM. NEVER EVER USE THEM. They practice FRAUD.
