DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered an outfit for my daughters wedding - it arrived on time as I paid extra for quick service BUT the size was completely wrong (far too small) and the quality of the fabric was cheap & nasty! In addition to this I received another customers dresses which I agreed to return on the understanding I had reimbursement of my shipping fees (another hidden extra, be warned!) and a refund for my outfit. 56 emails later... surprise, surprise I'm still waiting! With no phone number & someone different dealing with my email everytime I send one this is going to run & run! PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERS ITS A JOKE. Think I will get on to BBC watchdog as there seems to be an awful lot of people like me getting conned. The dress is the most horrendous thing I have ever bought I would have got a better one in Primark.
AVOID at all costs! The worst experience. We ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding and paid an extortionate amount for shipping. The dresses came late. They were not the right colour for a start... a garish shade of bright green under a pale green "chiffon". The most cheap awful material. They were not the right size. They were so badly made it was unbelievable. Stitches hanging out, bits hanging off, stains, marks from rusty pins, exposed stitches, holes, pull marks, one side of bodice top sits higher than the other, creased beyond relief. To be honest it looks second hand... and that would not even have looked good first hand. We reported this, sent photographs and were refused a refund. After several emails were offered a 15% discount of we sent the dresses back and told they won't offer any more as they have to pay people. Never mind the fact that we paid good money for dresses that are not even wearable! Customer service was a disgrace. Worst experience ever. We have lost out on nearly £300 for dresses we can't wear.
Ordered a made to measure sleeveless taffeta mother of the bride dress with jacket which is a slightly different colour than that in the photo but fits reasonably well although it doesn't hug my wife's waist as she hoped it might. Also ordered a made to measure long sleeves applique floor length tulle dress. This dress was saggy around the front on her pelvis and again would have been great if only it hugged her body. She was so disappointed as both were intended for a wedding and we spent over £205 on them. I complained that the long dress wasn't made to specification and all customer service could say was that the dress looks good. That was three days ago, I've asked them for a decision but nothing yet, I doubt I will. Beware of this company, as others say, they ship from China and that's where you contact them and only through e-mail, so they can choose to ignore you. You cannot speak to anyone in the UK over the phone if you're unhappy with what you receive. Stick to walking the high st to find what you want. Daniel, Welling, Kent.
My daughter ordered a prom dress and when it arrived it was not what the description of the dress on their website said it was, the embellishment said it was a lace dress, my daughter got was a heavily beaded dress it was so heavy that it did not sit properly it was a very cheap looking chiffon skirt and was also stained with fabric glue, when I e-mailed them the answers i got were ridiculous like, "The dress looks fine" "The dress looks like the picture" I thought the answers were coming from children. I asked to speak with management but all i got was Roger and Cherry offering me 5% of the dress, I passed my dispute to mastercard and today my money was put back into my account. If anyone is thinking about a purchase just dont do it, you will end up with a massive problem.\its that simple believe me 3 months of headaches I had DONT DO IT

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a stunning dress, paid £25 for shipping FROM CHINA and then it arrived looking $#*!. Absolutely awful customer service, pigeon english, still owe me a lot of money for what they have done. They promised i could return it but now ive bought it, they're not letting me return the dress anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they only want your money and they dont give a $#*! about anything else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not be fooled by discounts, promises, the look of the dress in the pictures, it is all fake. You have been warned.

I needed a dress for my Daughters Wedding, having only a small budget I ordered what looked to be my perfect dress. I ordered a size bigger than I needed incase the sizing was on the small side then I could always have it altered. I was devastated when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture and measures 4 sizes smaller than the size I ordered. There is no returns policy so I e-mailed Dylanqueen, I still have NO REPLY. I paid £120 for the dress inc delivery which I really dont have. I realised what a fool I have been so placed the dress for sale on the internet, I couldnt sell it despite reducing the cost by half. Then TODAY I have had an importation bill for the delivery of the dress... I am furious to say the least. DO NOT ORDER FROM DYLAN QUEEN! It will only cause you stress and devastation. I will be taking legal action against this company with the help and support from my family.

I ordered my prom dress from this website and once the dress came it was nothing like the picture, I expected it to be slightly different however the dress was poorly made and not the right colour, after emailing the customer service team they said I was not suitable for a refund after 4 days of emailing, I wasted £100 on a dress, £20 for shipping and the customer service team were so rude and not at all helpful, I regret buying the dress so much, it may look cheap but you will regret it, also my friends ordered from here and had the same experience as me
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought a CUSTOM MADE prom dress, it arrived with lots of clicks in it, way too many to put pics on of, also from the waist up it is absolutely huge, UNWEARABLE, VERY BADLY MADE.

The website is misleading and the dresses are very poorly made. I would not want to be seen wearing them! Please do not buy from this site - you will be wasting your money.

I ordered the item a month ago and when the dress finally arrived after having to pay for additional postage plus the £160 cost of the dress, i was very dissapointed and underwhelmed. Shoddy workmanship' is an understatement. Poor tailoring resulted in a wonky/unraveling hem and the making of it meant there was a cardboard Basque inside of the top of the strapless dress. When emailing them various responses were: take it a tailor, a 5% refund and that they could do nothing. I find this service absolutely outrageous and i am DISGUSTED. AVOID BY ALL MEANS... BEWARE! Dylan Queen are also operating under fifferent names selling the same dresses.

Very poor quality and ill-fitting dress. Looked nothing like my dress in the photograph on their website. The workmanship is very poor quality. I hang better curtains on my patio doors. Customer service is disgusting! When enquiring about returning the dress I was told to get someone to sort the dress and the Company would offer me a 10% refund. I was told when ordering with "Sandra" that I could return my purchase as long as I quoted her name. WORDS OF WARNING - DO NOT USE DYLANQUEEN!
Following my last review regarding Dylan Queen they messaged and asked for the Oder number to deal with it and SURPRISE SURPRISE still heard nothing! And it seems this is a standard message they have posted in all bad reviews.

Dylanqueen is a really neat place to buy wedding dresses and more. They have a big selection but prices are kinda high on some. Customer service is okay but not the best.

My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
