Ordered 2 remote control LED lights. Put them in place (after delivery took 4 weeks). After 6 weeks one went faulty. It would not turn off, had to take batteries out. Contacted company, they wanted a video as returning it to China was not practical! They eventually sent replacement after another 5 weeks. That did not work and by this time the other one did not work. They are now wanting another video. Tried but they keep saying video not attached. Given up to it now, just can't be bothered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a Furminator animal hair brush and it cost me a 1/3 of the price that i would have paid on another site and the postage was free, i expected to wait about 4 weeks for delivery but it was here in less than 2. I am very happy with Drgrab and will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a folding crate stated as Large, I would hate to see small!
Took ages to come but did come it was however a small folding basket with handles like a small shopping basket. The handles are warped so the pop out rendering the basket useless. It's so cheap and nasty! I have contacted customer service they came back offering a replacement, I told them it's not as shown or described and it's flimsy and just junk, I said I want a credit not another piece of junk. Last answer, we are sorry if you are unhappy with our service... I responded yet again saying I'm unhappy with the product not the service. I'm tipping I won't hear back again! Dodgy bastards obviously! DONT TOUCH THEM!
I ordered a dog booster seat and specifically wanted a style advertised by Drgrab. One of a series of photos in the advert was of a different style of seat. I was sent this seat which I specifically did not want. At first they offered me 20% off if I ordered another seat, then 50% and finally a full refund if I sent the seat back. They will not pay the postage from the UK to Australia. I don't trust this company and I think if I send it back it will mysteriously "get lost" in transit.
Express delivery is shown as 3-5 days, but what they don't tell you is that that refers to the despatch time only - actual delivery could take up to 14 days more! Be aware of this when ordering. I found that highly deceiptful. I hope that the product is up to scratch. Watch this space!

I never recieved my product. They used a tracking number that i could not access that alledgedly said it was delivered to me and a photo taken of that (which was bogus) and so i couldnt get my money back. Dont buy from them. They are a rip off

Bull$#*! full refund promise. Bull$#*! free return policy. Ordered 4 but sent you 2. Asked for a refund, they asked you send the items back to China via registered mail at my cost. Why should I bear the costs for their mistakes? Liars and unethical business practice. Stay away from dealing with this fraudster.
I bought a security camera from these guys and the power supply failed after a day or two (power light no longer coming on) I emailed support with a picture of the adaptor (required). They replied asking that I send a video of the problem! Then they said to try another adaptor (why would I have an identical one). Todays final straw was them asking me to take the adaptor into an electronics store to have it checked!
The business model for warranty issues is clearly to avoid replacing failed goods at any cost by asking ridiculous questions until the customer gives up.
I have ordered good as its written goods from Australia but all arrived from China, took extra for fast delivery but never deliver on expected time, very worst recommended not to buy any good
I saw a video pop up on a fb ad and clicked on it. It was for a 360 degree motion detecting light (Light Angel as seen on T. V.). I placed an order for these nice, robust lights BUT received products that aren't remotely close. Every aspect from size, shape, the motion sensor, the led lights, function, batteries, how it sticks to the wall, the structure of the frame, every thing was different than in the video. Charged more than they should for a very sub-par item. NOT COOL to show something and ship something completely different. I think they ripped off the video and used it for themselves and are sending product that they bought for $1.49 from wholesale China and charging me $30.00 plus shipping!
Their customer service is terrible! I have asked four times to get a return authorization number for a product that I'd like to return, and it seems they "misunderstand" me every single time. So we keep going around in circles. I will never buy anything from them again. UPDATE: they finally contacted me and told me that they would refund my money less a 20% fee and I had to pay for shipping back to China. Essentially, it would have cost me more to send it back than what I paid for it.
I am disgusted with the service I have received from there staff. I have been trying for nearly two weeks to be able to return my item that is a very inferior product. I want my money back and I have been emailing their support people with know reply. Will never shop with them again and for future customers I would think twice before buying anything from this site.
I read some of these reviews after I had ordered & was quite frankly horrified I may had done my money. Just goes to show there must be thousands who have had a good experience & don't ever say. I'm just glad I did read them before I purchased otherwise I would have missed out on some exceptional purchases.
Received order - packaging was horrible, the instructions didn't make sense - broken English and reference to something that's called ChangLiang to hold for 3 seconds? Then it doesn't work and support email said they would respond by 3 days and have been over with NO response... I should've read these before ordering...
