According to me its a good site and stuffs we get are cheaper compared to other sites. Have ordered twice and i didnt face any problem though delivery was bit late but reached without any defects. I will surely order again
It has been over 2 weeks since Dress Link received the returned jacket and still no refund. I don't think they intend to give a refund. Will be turning it over the the credit card company soon, maybe they can help.
Ordered a jacket from DressLink and when I received it, it was too small although I ordered 2XL. Have been trying to get a refund for weeks. When I check the website it says return under review. They make it almost impossible to return anything. They offered me a $5 refund and for me to resell the jacket.
I'm usually not a big fan of shopping. And I have had so many bad experiences shopping online, with products being delivered that are usually never what I order.
But with this site, my experience so far has been really remarkable. I can't think of any other word to describe it. The prices are very reasonable. The offers are really good. And whether it's clothes, shoes or bags that you want to buy they are of good quality. The selection is also very good.The items are very very trendy.
Something I find hard with online shopping is that you have to go to specific sites to buy specific items. But DressLink is a one stop shop, because you not only get the usual clothes/shoes/handbags combo but also makeup and accessories as well.
I am definitely going to continue shopping here. Thank you for making shopping and especially online shopping enjoyable without always having to have second thoughts...

I placed an order November 17th and according to the tracking number it has been in a shipping facility in China since 11/30. I ordered the unicorn fingerling (5 of them) hoping to give them to my daughter and her friends for Christmas. I requested they send another package. Dresslink.com appears to be hit-or-miss. Some buyers are very happy with their orders and some are like me... My order was standard shipping, 10 business days, but I spent more than $100 so I think it was supposed to be faster according to their promotion at that time. I will never purchase from Dresslink.com again.
Yes, they have Gigi, the unicorn Fingerlings. I am skeptical that they are knock-offs. I will keep you all posted as to their shipping speed and quality of items sold on their website. There is a huge lawsuit over all the knock-off fingerlings being sold and off-brand items must be disclosed to buyers. There was no such disclosure in my case. Not holding my breath...
I've purchased 2 nice clothes recently from DressLink and all my friends admire the wonderful made stuff. They couldn't believe when I told them the price I bought them. Truly, this company has fantastic stuff but their major challenge is shipping. They will actually deliver but it may take some time to arrive at your doorstep. Just like mine, I was expecting my order in 2-3 weeks but they arrived in a months time. Nevertheless, I've to bury my worries because the product was absolutely fantastic!
I love this store! It has soooo many cheap stuff and they are all in really good quality! If something you all ready bought is out of stock, they'll either refund it back to your card, or put the price of the item (plus shipping) in your DressLink Wallet. That way you have store credit! Their customer service isn't automatic and will actually help you with your questions. This store definately deserves all five stars!
I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. My package hasn't arrived yet and I've been reaching out to these people for days and no response! I tried calling the US number and it went to a voicemail that sounded like someone's cell phone! Buyer beware. I've been asking to just cancel my shipment and please refund my money but they haven't said a word. I'm beyond frustrated. Will never order from this site again.

I never got my order, usually i would be fine waiting for a few weeks. But it's been almost three weeks and my packages usually show up within 5 days from departure. Not very happy with shipping and handling considering a paid a large amount for it.

They sell some really nice products, just some clothing does not come as advertised (one sweater was supposed to be longer but only reaches to the top of my hips and a top that was longer than in the picture) but still they have a good customer service, they answer nicely and give you solutions. My first order came in the time said (21 days to Peru). I hope my recent order sent in two parcels come complete and in the same time!
Foremost, a big thank you to the entire DressLink Family because I received amazing service. The customer relations agents are responsive to customer concerns and I must mention that their response time is amazing. At first, I was not very sure about purchasing the dress from DressLink, but they surpassed my expectations. Although the delivery took a little longer (reasonable though), I was impressed by the quality of their products. I bought my wife a dress and she is the happiest woman right now. She has a soft spot for high quality products and I am certain that i want to work with DressLink again. I am still waiting on my next delivery, and i know that they will deliver. I would recommend DressLink to anyone, any day!
My first order was when I bought clutch bags at Dresslink. The shipping was quick, however one the bags was in bad condition so I let it slide since I understand they make mass productions and mistakes are bound to happen. I ordered again about 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order because dresslink send my parcel with an invoice that had a very low amount and customers became suspicious and asked me to email them an invoice that I got from the supplier which I did. Only to find that the amounts on the two invoiced don't correspond, as a result a penalty of $104 has been issued. I emailed them a number of times regarding this, I keep getting an email stating that they will refund me half of my goods. Why? Did I make Twp different invoices? It's their mistake, and they should be held accountable. Of I don't get my full refund. I will keep posting this review for people to know what they got themselves into, I will never buy from nor recommend them. I've had it!
So I never bought anything but I had maybe 9 items in my cart well when I went to go check out the website went crazy! It kept putting multiples of everything and it wouldn't stop re loading the page. So I logged out and tried again and the same thing happened. All and all my total was heading to 3,000. I've tried several times after with the site but it's not working. There's no way I would buy from them now. It looks like a scam to me.

Definitely not the greatest quality but for the extremely cheap prices it's to be expected. Not everything is great but there are definitely some good value products. All my experiences ordering from them have been very good.
I ordered like a month ago and still haven't seen any progress. I checked the website and it says "processing". I'm a little afraid that my items will never come because i ordered some items as a Christmas present for a friend. I'm kind of upset to see the status bar not move at all for an entire month. Yes, i took China post non track, but i didnt think it would be this long for dresslink to just get the items ready! I'm extremely annoyed...

To be honest, I wad really skeptical when I first started ordering from Dresslink, in early December,, So far I have made about 19 orders, and for the most part-the items arrive in the allotted time. I do think outs a good website and again, you grey what you pay for, But their items are worth every penny... Now, if you're ordering clothing, you should really put thought into it, due the fact you can't see the items and you can't them on. AGAIN, you are ordering from China, so their sizes, aren't sized like they are here in the states. So. I plan on continuing my business with Dresslink. If you're wondering about ordering, Of advise you to order 2 items first, So you can see how shipping is and to see if your purchases are type your satisfaction. Their customer service is awesome, so you'll definitely get a reply back within 24 hours...
This site is a scam. They'll send you what you bought sure, but if you try to return it it's a hassle. I bought shoes from them, tried the shoes on and found they didn't fit. I put them back in the box until I sent them back. Return shipping is ridiculous. They don't provide a shipping label, even if you bought the insurance. You have to pay shipping out of pocket and they "refund you". Then, after a week, they communicate between USA and China and finally receive your package they said that they are used and will not issue a refund. The shoes were brand new and they just want to keep my money. DRESSLINK IS A SCAM.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

This company gave me what I was looking for, despite the little shipping setbacks. I loved the material I bought from them. Well-designed and I feel matured whenever I wear it outdoor. On top of that, the price was very great. I will definitely buy again.
Answer: Directly from China. Be prepared to receive items with holes or stains. I have stopped ordering from this company.
Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
