People dont buy on this site, this is scam. I am trying one month get my refund and they are kidding on me
I have never been a big fan of online shopping. Thats because it usually takes a long time for my items to be delivered. That is until I was able to come across dresslink. I particularly vouch for them since they offer such quick deliveries and on a budget. I never have to wait. No matter where I order from, they will ship my product to the designated pick-up point without delays.
Over and above that dresslink has been a source of high-quality gorgeous dresses and leggings over the past few months. This is quite an improvement from previous stocks which were never impressive. They keep getting better at the kind and a variety of clothing apparels that they stock. Whenever I need an item for a special occasion, I simply check into dresslink and scour through their products. Soon enough Ill find what I need and order it in a matter of minutes.
The dresslink website is well-designed in terms of navigation and aesthetics. Its easy to come across most of the products on the site with a scroll and a few clicks. The site structure provides a remarkable and amazing shopping experience that has a personalized touch to it. One of the most critical aspects is that the site provides secure payment systems.
One thing I noticed is that you have to be careful with the sizes. Most often we dont have a clear idea of what sizes will fit us well. So we order items based on how they look on the site rather than whether they will be comfortable and fitting for us. I have always made sure I know what exactly would work for me before I place my order. That prevents the issue of having to ship it back for replacement.

In my earlier post I had get into insight of one Chinese shopping website rosegal. After 2 months of giving the order still neither materials nor money refunded back.
After seeing the reviews I seems dress-link to be little better, although another Chinese shopping website again.! I tried with some basic stuff, not much expensive just to ensure the authenticity of their quality of services & products.! Its came like a JOKE again. Same more then a month, No materials received. The customer services there is a biggest JOKE of it, never responded back on weekend, not prefer to conclude the issues. Just tried to buy more time to that extent that the customer will leave their money & kept quiet. I never experienced such unprofessional website again.
Guys...! Never go for cheap shopping from such websites. There is no warranty that you will get your materials or get your money back. Go for a professional website like E bay where there so many free international shipping options & cent percent delivery or money back guaranty which will ease out your mental pressure.

Their advertising is misleading. The products need to be returned to China.

I am very disappointed by my purchase. The reviews on the website are censored so that bad reviews don't show up. I tried writing a review on the website about my bad experience and it said that it would be displayed after being reviewed.
I ordered two suspender dresses (http://www.dresslink.com/women-sexy-pleated-suspender-skirt-braces-hollow-out-bandage-mini-skater-dress-p-*******.html). It arrived reasonably on time however, I requested tracking and it was faulty. The tracking shows that it went two places in china and there was nothing after that even after I received the product. As I paid extra for the tracking, I was expecting the service to be function properly. A bit disappointed by this.
Not to mention, on one of the dresses, the wide elastic bands suspender was frayed, with the thin white elastic showing on the black dress. On the other dress, there is a run on one of the elastic bands so that it creates a buckle in the suspender when you wear it. On this second dress, the stitching is also coming undone.
The price of the dress was very cheap, however, I did not order faulty products and did not want to order faulty products. No where on the website did it say that the products sold had defects. I would've gladly paid extra for a product that was in good condition.
I would very much like a refund but as my shipping costs were about the same price as the product itself, I won't be spending any more money on this faulty product.
Though the cheap prices are good, I do not recommend purchasing from this website unless you don't mind faults in your clothes.

I stumbled upon this site, and like many others I was very skeptical at first. But, upon further review I decided to order a few items! I figured… if something didn't fit, or turn out as planned I wouldn't be losing much ($5 for a dress is still a GREAT bargain). SO... My first order was $50 including shipping. I ordered a faux leather motorcycle jacket, a matching pair of faux leather "combat" boots, a dress, and a sweat suit… most of the items fit well, and all of the items were EXACTLY like pictured. Unfortunately, the sweat suit didn't fit me right at all. It was too small, especially the pants (they were too short, and tight. Barely fit my butt) which was surprising since I ordered an even LARGER size than I normally would to over compensate for the asian size guide, style of clothing, AND previous reviews and warnings. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome (3 out of 4 items isn't bad). My order arrived about 8 days after ordering. I will definitely order from dress link again. Especially now that I know how their sizing works for my body type.

If there were an option to leave a negative star rating, I would give it a negative 10! Do NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. I ordered on the 25th of November. The product is still not here as of January 4th. I contacted customer service for a refund, and all of a sudden they have tracked down my shipment and SAY it's on its way. I will believe it when I see it. Do not buy from them!
Overall I'd say that my experience with Dresslink has been very positive! I've ordered many, many dresses and clothing items online from various sites including Dresslink, Amazon, and Ebay. In other words, I know what I'm talking about. I've ordered several dresses from this site, so I have a broad array of experience to draw from over the course of a sizable period of time. Formerly the quality wasn't that great, but it's improved very much lately. I'm comfortable wearing these dresses in any and every kind of social or professional situation. The ordering process has always been extremely straightforward and Dresslink's website is very trustworthy. I had no trouble whatsoever in ordering the dresses online, submitting payment, or checking out. Beyond that, shipping was fast and I never had any problems in receiving the packages. Overall, the shipping time was very acceptable. One thing to keep in mind is to be very careful about the size when ordering from Dresslink. Obviously you won't have the chance to try the items on ahead of time, so you should make sure to do a lot of research into what size you are and exactly what size dress you're ordering. You just want to make sure you're getting what you pay for!

It has almost been a month that I placed an order. I have ordered from them for over a year with no problems. Recently (in october) i placed two orders. The first came on time and with the items. The second was late and the items in the package were not even mine. I have asked for a refund numerous times. I reported them to econsumer. I major in business and I know our rights as consumers and I know international business laws. Every time I ask for a refund, they do not respond back. I have asked 6 times now.
(UPDATE) 11/9/15 drawing close to a month since I placed the order, I received an email saying they would refund $10 and a 5% coupon. I find this as a kick in the face. I spent approximately $28.69, never received my items, and offered to ship the items I did receive back to China, out of pocket, so I am still in shock they said that.
(UPDATE) 11/12/15 I was finally able to resolve the issue about a refund. Spoke with Ms. Linda in customer service and she was able to come to a solution. This is the person to talk to in customer service. This is the person who helped resolve my issues and address my concerns. I decided to receive half of the amount I paid and just keep the wrong items. It works out because I don't have to come out of pocket to ship these items back. Dresslink is now regaining my trust and I am sure I will continue to do business with them once that trust is regained.

The only thing the DressLink is lacking is the adjustment of the sizes in placing the successful order placements. As in our case we were looking for the size of 18 but we actually got 16 but that was okay too.

ONLY PAY THIS COMPANY THROUGH PAYPAL! That way when they never deliver, never return e-mails, and don't seem to have a working phone number; you can open a dispute and maybe get your money back. I ordered 6 items (3 coats and 3 hats, all in different sizes). First I got an e-mail saying the order had been sent. When I clicked on the e-mail to track the package the number did not work. Then a week later I get an e-mail from them saying that they could not send 2 coats (but wait... hasn't my package already been shipped?!?!) do I want a refund or a a refund in my "wallet"... essentially credit at the dresslink website. Ok, so I want a refund because I no longer thrust this company at all and then am told it will be partial and take 45 DAYS! I paid through Paypal so I know they can process the refund almost instantly. So here I sit no money refunded, no coats, no hats. Read the reviews here closely and decide for yourself how many 5 star reviews are legit. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews: (

I spend a lot of money on this site when i was ordering (a months paycheck) and the clothes are bad quality, wrong measurements all together so nothing fit in the end, wrong representation of the products (fake pictures and not how the product really looks) and worst of all the customers service is HORRIBLE! I did not ordered a jacket that they bill me for, it was simply added to my bill, i wrote an email saying that and that i do not want the jacket and don't wanna pay for it what i got back was " not worry my friend jacket great quality dear very very cheap!" And again I wrote that it was a mistake i never ordered it I don't want it - same meaningless replay back like they don't understand anything that i was saying! The shipping was insane amount of money (ordering from AliExpress for example is also from China and free shipping!) When i finally got the items i had to pay around 200 in customs fee so i spend triple the money i would buying clothes here in my country and can't wear 99% of them cuz they either don't fit or the quality is just beyond bad. Also the jacket was two sizes too small and material like plastic. Overall still angry at myself for every buying there. Like throwing your money down the drain.

A year ago i've ordered at dresslink.com. At first they were very friendly but after i paid my money they ignored me, took my money and again ignored me...
But then i wrote a message at sitejabber.com My only hope was to put something on the website and possibly still get in touch with them. And yes they were not happy with my message and asked if I wanted to remove it. But of course, I want my money back so I asked them if they would like to correct this. For an amount of +/- € 90.
First they were sweet but then they claimed that my order number did not exist, and that while she had all my information. After a while, she replied no longer on my posts just that they do not know this order and that I should send another number, and then I sent them a picture of my screen but they ignored it and they could do nothing! Sorry! ( she said)
If I may give you some good advice! DO NOT ORDER THERE!, they can take money out and help you no further, they can send as sweet emails but after a while you just let them suffocate. They were going to do anything to help me, but finally she just said I can not help you, BYE!

They somehow got hold of my email address, and sent me an email saying i had purchased from their ebay store, i hadn't, so caused me distress as I immediately thought my ebay had been compromised, first block of email:

So naturally I ran virus scan etc all clear, then logged into my ebay from secure source, and checked purchase history, naturally nothing there, so definitely scam tactics there.
I am also contacting ebay over this as its a HUGE no no to approach anyone about claims of ebay sales, especially if they haven't shopped with that store.
So they have obviously bought my information from somewhere, but at least only the email address, anyone who uses criminal methods to approach someone is up to no good.

Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
